First day of high school outfit? What did you wear?
I'm like 4'10 or 4'11, yes, I know I'm short for the average freshman but I'm starting high school in September and I don't know what to wear on the first day of school! It's still going to be warm out, I think, because I mean early September weather is still nice. Is a skirt too dressy? Jeans too hot? Dress too dressy? Tunic and leggings too idk? Just hellppppp, please. And what did you wear on your first day? The input will help :-)!

some cute burmudas (plaid) and a hollister tshirt with matching color i would totally rock it!! its fun too and very stylish and matching flip flops i say match all ur visible brands have fun sorry i can really hep with supplies... get pencils and notebooks most teachers will put out a list specific to their class good luck in HS dont be intimidated by seniors i am going to be one and trust me we arent that bad just be respectful!!!!! and dont steal ne bfs in that rockin outfit i dont reccomend skirts tho at least for the 1st day kind see how other ppl dress u dont wanna seem slutty lol!!!!! dont let high school change u!!
What will be your first day of high school outfit?
I am an incoming senior, and congrats on starting high school! Freshman year was the best for me so far! I love the idea of a skater skirt just because i think they are super super cute, i just bought a couple and that's what i plan on wearing my first day back with a simple tank top and gold sandals. I also just started college as a duel enrollment student and i get a lot more freedom with what i get to wear. My best advice would be to talk to everyone and just be very friendly, don't be to nervous because I PROMISE you'll enjoy it and make a lot of friends. Just be yourself! Personally I would pack pens, paper, highlighter and if your into makeup like me, stuff to touch up your makeup throughout the day. Also I would invest in a planner, I started using one in high school and still use one i found it VERY helpful if you use it. Good luck! and i hope this was helpful!
What do you think of my first day of highschool outfit?
its really cute and definitely school appropriate. I just love flowery shirts and there really "in" right now. The belt matches the outfit really well. The only bad thing i have to say, and its just my opinion, is to change the shoes. I really like TOMS and i think that would go well with your outfit. Plus TOMS are "in" too. What was your first day of highschool like?
I wish I wrote shiz down like i used to. Okay, first day- I go to a uniform wearing school. I was outside for like 10 mintes with all the other people. All the sophomore and Juiors knew eachother ( My school is small, so we didn't have seniors yet. In september we will, though) I was just walking around, being the awkward freshman I was. We went to our crew class, which is sort of like Homeroom, except we stay with these kids for the next four years. I remember talking to this girl Christina who left the third day.. I went to Spanish.. Algebra Living Enviroment English History Lunch- only 4 people from my middle school went to my school, so I sat with this chubby girl who I knew. Gym- Thats were I talked to my best friend for the first time- I was like "hey what crew class are you in?" and she was like "mrs.(insert teachers name here)" and i was like "hey me too" Then we went home. Thats were I rode the public bus for the first time with my sister who went to my neighboring school. The second day I had lunch with this 'popular' girl and I didn't know it at the time. She's nice, but we didn't really conect. The third day I sat with my best friend Carmen <3 and eventually I met my other bestfriend Michelle in gym class.. Then another good friend in my English class. My fashion sense is kind of out there, so don't ask me. I wouldn't know the slightest :x But what I do know from seeing people that go to different schools, is that, skinny jeans and layering is in! boo yah. Be careful of boys who pretend they like you when in fact they're in love with a different girl. I had that happen to me, and I'm still trying to mend a broken heart.. but it's summer. worry about your tan, not highschool. You will have the oppurtunity to try weed and alchohal. In my school it's easy to get, idk about your school- but if you do, don't make it a habit. It's expensive and I would much rather spend my money on earrings or something. I do smoke some weed, but I'm trying to stop. It's funny what highschool did to me awkward freshman turned into stoner sophomore. huh, who would've thought. Don't trust anyone for the first few months. You don't really know them, but after 4 months and they're still with you, then tehy're your friend.

well, its much differnt then middle school. your at the bottom of the crowd not at the topp! so dont try to be stuck up and all about you because its really nott! im sure you will find it fun!:)and excitingg but dont get to carried away! my first day which was last year, im gonna be a sophmore now! but i was scared and confusedd and really nervouss but after the first week you will be fine and know your classes and be on time!hopefully! good luckk<333 kriss<333 hope i helped!
What are some cute outfit ideas for the first day of high school?
Pretty much anything works. I wore a pair of boyfriend (ripped) jeans, a blue shirt, and a scarf with tassels.(Not my exact scarf, but pretty close.)For shoes, I always wear tennis shoes.Things I’ve seen a lot at my school (9th-12th grade).Cargo Jackets….Strappy Sandal (though I’m not a huge fan of these.And of course the leggings! Also a trend I’m not a huge fan of.Of course, not everyone goes fancy. A majority of people wear legging or jeans, flip flops or tennis shoes, and nice shirts. Also, a pair of black jeans goes with almost anything. Don’t worry about fitting in though. We all have our own style. I even wear sweatpants quite often.

What should I wear for my first day of high school?
Of course, it really depends on the impression you would like to give others. But first, I suggest that you be comfortable in whatever you choose. First days can be hectic, and intimidating, and the last thing you need are uncomfortable clothes. Wear what feels good. Beyond that, I wouldn't go over the top with any particular fashion trend, try to stay mildly conservative. That way your fellow classmates as well as your faculty get a sense of who you are without your clothes screaming it at them. It's ok to be yourself with your outfit, but start out mildly so you don't offend or put yourself in a position where everyone has judged you based on your first day.
I can't pick my first day of school outfit. What should I do?
You should wear what reflects and shows off your personality. It could be anything from a nice dress to a top/skirt or a Top/Denim jeans/shorts/skirts with sandals, flats, wedges, sneakers…!!! As long as you are comfortable in them, you feel that's you reflected in that outfit then it is a good outfit. Girls usually tend to be very conscious about their appearance on the first day which is quite understood but that impression may only last shortly as when you are getting known to people, they will appreciate you for more what you are rather than how you looked on the day one.Don't try very hard on the day one and then go flat for the rest of the semester… instead work enough to sustain for the entire year. Young girls need to wear their attitude most importantly and that seriously does not mean “arrogance”. A nice, warm, friendly, fresh looking person is more desirable than some dolled up girl who may be full of arrogance and snobbish.Very often the first impressions from the appearance of a person are misleading and eventually you find out the person behind those looks could be seriously different. I once met a gothic style girl and since I was not very much aware of Gothic culture, I thought her to be some kind of rebel/junkie/dangerous gangster type girl… later only to find her to be really nice n sweet n friendly person.
