First Day Of School Outfit?
It's not too dressy at all! The floral pattern and the belt is really in for summer. If you're not allowed to wear sleeves like that too school, wear a denim vest or jacket or a light cream colored cardigan. Throw on some nice sandals, flats or wedge sandals and maybe a small bracelet or bangle and you're good to go :)
Outfits for first day of school ?? Help please?
The first day of school is honestly important due to making first impressions on both future classmates and teachers. I am also a high school student (soon to be a senior). I am going to assume that you are a girl. personally there are a couple different styles that you could go for depending on what type of clothing style you prefer. If you want to go for a cute style then wear a dress (length: right above the knee), a simple styled necklace, folded high socks and combat styled boots. For the dress type look up a swing dress on google and try to go for one without a pattern because that can draw a lot of attention. If you want to go for a cooler look I would suggest long black or dark gray jeans, a short-sleeve black/gray shirt (if you are wearing gray pants then a different shade of gray for the top) and this is wear you can wear a more chunky or complicated necklace if you'd like. There are many other styles you could go for too and I honestly don't feel like typing out ideas for all of them so go online and look up style types or take an online quiz to see which style is your type. Once you find one you like then just look up on google images that style and "back to school ideas". Well I wish you goodluck!

I'm going to be a junior this year and my style is all around. It just depends on how I'm feeling each day. But this year I want to go for a classy-girly type style. But when I wanna wear something casual. It will be a girly-cute casual and not look like a complete bum. Any suggestions?

Keep your hair down and either curl it or straighten it. Skinny jeans are a safe option because they'll never go out of fashion, so i suggest you get colours in grey & dark blue. Wear jewelry that shows some of your personality. What is the best first day of school outfit?
Much too vague of a question. First it’s an opinion that varies from person to person and I’m pretty sure there’s not one outfit that is appropriate/flattering for all genders, ages, and body types.A suggestion I have is something the student is comfortable in as first days can cause all sorts of anxiety and at least for younger children can involve a lot of moving around and getting to know people.My second suggestion is to try and portray the image/personality of the individual to attract like minded students (for friendship, often times the people you first interact with become your first mate) and maybe give the teacher/professor an idea of how to relate to them.
Hipster day at school; outfit help?
So I go to a private school and for our sadies week we are doing preps vs hipsters. Im defintly not a prep but Ive never been much of a hipster; more edgy i guess. Any way I was planning to wear shorts with lacy tights underneath and high top boot black converse (they go to my knees) Then I was going to wear my gray bambi sweater (bambi is growling so its not to cutsy) and some nerd glasses. My hair is naturally curly so I'd figure I should just leave it as it is. Does this sound ok? If not do you have any ideas?

I'm like 4'10 or 4'11, yes, I know I'm short for the average freshman but I'm starting high school in September and I don't know what to wear on the first day of school! It's still going to be warm out, I think, because I mean early September weather is still nice. Is a skirt too dressy? Jeans too hot? Dress too dressy? Tunic and leggings too idk? You should wear what reflects and shows off your personality. It could be anything from a nice dress to a top/skirt or a Top/Denim jeans/shorts/skirts with sandals, flats, wedges, sneakers…!!! As long as you are comfortable in them, you feel that's you reflected in that outfit then it is a good outfit. Girls usually tend to be very conscious about their appearance on the first day which is quite understood but that impression may only last shortly as when you are getting known to people, they will appreciate you for more what you are rather than how you looked on the day one.Don't try very hard on the day one and then go flat for the rest of the semester… instead work enough to sustain for the entire year. Young girls need to wear their attitude most importantly and that seriously does not mean “arrogance”. A nice, warm, friendly, fresh looking person is more desirable than some dolled up girl who may be full of arrogance and snobbish.Very often the first impressions from the appearance of a person are misleading and eventually you find out the person behind those looks could be seriously different. I once met a gothic style girl and since I was not very much aware of Gothic culture, I thought her to be some kind of rebel/junkie/dangerous gangster type girl… later only to find her to be really nice n sweet n friendly person. So, wear what reflects you and be confident and friendly and beautiful.

some cute burmudas (plaid) and a hollister tshirt with matching color i would totally rock it!! its fun too and very stylish and matching flip flops i say match all ur visible brands have fun sorry i can really hep with supplies... get pencils and notebooks most teachers will put out a list specific to their class good luck in HS dont be intimidated by seniors i am going to be one and trust me we arent that bad just be respectful!!!!! and dont steal ne bfs in that rockin outfit i dont reccomend skirts tho at least for the 1st day kind see how other ppl dress u dont wanna seem slutty lol!!!!! dont let high school change u!!
