First Interview At Aldi Tomorrow Help

Interview at aldi's grocery store?

Every chick I have seen at Aldi's is smoking hot. Wear make up a tight and low cut top no bra and form fitting jeans.

Aldi's is the best paying supermarket chain in the USA when considering cashiers. It is fairly easy to move up the chain of command.

You know it is not rocket science. The most important thing other than can you look that smoking hot everyday, even on bad days:

1) What hours can you work
2) "Tell me about some customer service experience you have"
3) "Why do you want to work here"
4) "What are your strengths" / "weaknesses"

Most likely you will fill out another paper 1-2 page application. You will sit on a cold metal chair outside a closed office door for a few - 10 minutes.

The interview should take 20 minutes. Try to BS a little make it last 30.

Ask the interviewer
What do they like best about their job?
What do they think their chain does better than others?
What are their expectations

and right when you are done if you got some guts ask with a smile:
When can I start?

If you do not have guts.... Ask how they think you did in comparison to others? Most likely they will brush you off by saying something like, "You are the first - third candidate" "We have many more people to speak with." But this simple question - asking for the job will stick in their mind. Again ... Really... All that is needed and wanted aside from your looks and ability to communicate effectively...

Will you be there on time / reliable transportation
Can you work the hours they need
Can you run the cash wrap, clean the floor, stock the shelves if needed / are you willing to do so.
Do you live far?
Have you in the past somehow demonstrated that you are dependable?
If you are in school, a mom, working another job or something else can you balance this lifestyle.

I have a job interview tomorrow, how can I do good so I get the job?

Congratulations on landing an interview! Here is how you can prepare:Be ready to talk about who you are, why you’re interested in the company and how your past experiences make you qualified (these are standard opening questions)Look up interview questions from that company on Glassdoor.com if applicableConduct some research on the company and your interviewer (if you know who they are beforehand)Prepare questions for your interviewer to help you assess whether the role will be a good fit for youPractice speaking without “uhs” and “ums”Have a copy of your resume handy in case the interviewer refers to it.Dress appropriately for the role.Ask a friend to conduct mock interviews with you to help you prepare.Get a good night’s sleep the day before.Follow up with thank you notes to each of your interviewers.Overall, just remember to try to stay calm and treat it as a get to know each other conversation. That is all an interview is - a chance for you and the employer to assess whether you could work well together. If you aren’t a good fit, then it’s probably better that it does not work out. Hope this helps and good luck!

I'm nervous about job interview for first job, what to expect?

1. If you are able to perform all of the essential functions of the job, they will make reasonable accommodations for your disability. That does not mean they will give you everything you ask for.

2. You have a right to ask for whatever you want, but if they aren't hiring part-time employees, you won't get hired. Also, being available to be scheduled to work any day does not mean the job is full-time. They may simply want you to be available for part time hours as they need to schedule you to work. If you are not available to work when they need you, they won;t hire you.

3. Always act natural.

4. There are far too many to list. You have rights under federal laws, state laws and local laws..

Can I reschedule my job interview?

I have an interview at 4pm tomorrow. It is in a bad section of a city (not from this city). I would like to reschedule for another day at a earlier time. I would hate to get lost on my way home since by then it will be dark. The secretary told me this is the time her supervisor wanted to meet with me on Wednesday.
If I have to go at 4pm I may just skip this job opportunity. Employers use to ask you about several interview times, now they just tell you when to come for the interview-which is obnoxious.

What does the second interview mean?

It means you have been put on a short list. The second interview is usually more indepth as they can now be specific because there is probably only about 3 left in the selection process.

What inspires individuals to become film directors and why?

To quote the opening of Goodfellas, “For as long as I can remember I always wanted to be” a film director. When I was a kid, my friends found me to be very annoying because while they wanted to play soldiers, I was pretending to film a movie about soldiers. I was staging them and trying to direct their actions. Later, as soon as I was able to hang on the streets by myself, I would go to the cinema at least once per day.  I always enjoyed the experience of going to the cinema and loved the moment of expectation before the curtain rose. I have always been enamored not only by the stories but also by the language of cinema; how stories and performances but also visuals and sounds could project emotions. I would see movies over and over, deconstructing the scenes. I was obsessed with trying to figure out the mystery behind it.

When an application says "under review" for more than a month, what does it mean?

If your candidacy is “under review” it can mean several things. The simplest one is just that, namely you are not a priority and the process has not ended. Perhaps there are several other applicants that need to be interviewed and a final decision has not been made. The hiring process nowadays versus 20 or 30 years ago is very protracted. In the distant past when I was the hiring manager, I interviewed candidates, made my decision and informed the Human Resources contact person (then called Personnel) to send an offer, what was the salary and the starting date. Period. Done.Nowadays, there is a whole team of people having input which at times may create some problems. For example if the hiring manager likes Jane the best while other people on the interviewing team like George? What do you do then?“under review” may also mean that an offer was made to someone but he or she has not stared working yet therefore they do not want to turn people away prematurely. As a general statement I would say that the longer the time from the interview the less the chances are for getting that job. I ALWAYS tell my clients never to put all their eggs in one basket. Keep generating leads and prospect for interviews at all times. Nowadays one never knows what the tomorrow will bring?
