Flat Tummy Exercise Plan Help

How do you lose weight and get a flatter tummy!?

Here is what I would suggest:

1. Vary your caloric intake each day. For example, have 1500 one day, 1200 the next, 1700 the next, and so on. That way your body doesn't adjust to the calorie level.

2. Vary the foods you eat. Eat a great variety of healthy food.

3. Vary your exercise routines. Don't work out at the same time everyday. Sometimes work out in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes twice a day, and sometimes skip a day.

4. Vary the types of exercise you do. Don't do the same things everyday.

5. Include strength training/weight lifting as part of your exercise plan, but again don't do the same things everyday,

6. Incorporate as many types of aerobic exercise as you can. Each day vary the time, the intensity, and the type of exercise as much as possible.

7. Eliminate ALL junk food, sodas, pop, sweets, fried foods, fast foods, fruit juices, and processed foods. Everyday eat a healthy diet of fruit, veggies, a few nuts, lean meat and fish, whole grain breads and cereals, low fat dairy products.

Skinny legs but fat tummy-What are the best exercises to do for a really really tonned tummy?

Abs are 70% diet, 30% exercise. You need to lower your body fat percentage by eating a diet of only lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, veg, good fats ONLY (and never go above your RDA), and water.

Unless you commit to a healthy eating plan AND daily exercise then you will NOT see definition.

in addition to crunches, flutter kicks, leg lifts, pushups, and jogging. Building muscle all over will help you burn more fat when you're at rest and will also make you look better overall.

Do crunches really help you get a flat stomach?

Yes, but mostly no. In a nutshell crunches will help develop your abdominal muscles, but will not make them visible. To get a flat stomach you need to lose the fat on your stomach. There is no such thing as spot reduction, which means that working on your abs will not eliminate the fat on top of your abs. You're body will burn calories, but from multiple places on your body, not just, and maybe not at all from your stomach. So yes, if you do a thousand crunches a day you may be able to burn enough calories to make a flat stomach, but if you want to lose that fat you are much much better off choosing an exercise that burns more calories, like running, or compound muscle movement exercises like swimming (not isolation exercises like crunches). So yes, crunches will develop your abs, but to see your abs you have to lose the fat, and crunches are a very ineffective way to get there. Diet and full body exercise is the best way to achieve a flat stomach.
