What sort of foods keep you full for a very long time and are healthy? (I don't really care about taste, but I don't want to eat anything bad for me.)

I used to have a thing for milk and cereal literally every single morning. Even healthy cereals like raisin bran type of cereals or oat cereals but the problem is I would be hungry again 2 hours later or less. I began eating eggs instead and now I don't get hungry again until 3-4 hours later. I must say this - in any diet, keto, vegan, raw vegan etc etc - any diet - you lose weight when you don't eat. You eat anything, a piece of cake or a piece of kale you are burning that for the amount of calories in that/100 hours. So every 100 cal you eat, you’re done for 1 hour.The small twist to this is the keto/low carb diets. Those have to be low insulin as well (so whey loaded foods are out whey makes a lot of insulin) and if you do a low insulin diet, the number of calories/100 hours is capped at somewhere between 5 and 8. So you can eat 2000 calories in 1 sitting with low carb (low insulin foods) and you will return to burning body fat 5–8 hrs later, not 20 hrs later.So no food can “help” you lose weight.
