Hi again! I see that you aren't satisfied with the answers!
Well just an observation, but I noticed that in countries where people end up growing tall they have been drinking milk for many generations. I also know that the thyroid gland is what regulates growth. If the thyroid gland is sluggish, it could stunt a persons growth, even if they have the genes to be tall.
So make sure your thyroid is working properly. To keep your thyroid in top condition your whole body must be healthy. The pineal and pituatary glands assist the thyroid gland in its functions. If your liver is full of junk it will put a load on the thyroid. So you want to keep your body clean on the inside.
Things that stimulate the thyroid, pineal and pituatary glands are......
1.Morning sun (it goes straight through your eyes and stimulates the pituatary gland in the middle of your brain).

2.Food made with coconut like Coconut butter, coconut oil, coconut milk (can be found at the healthfood store and yes coconut oil is edible!) Coconut nurishes the thyroid gland.

3. The natural type of iodine and salt found in sea water. Swimming in the ocean is very stimulating to the thyroid.

4. avoidance of red meat and heavy foods that overburden the liver and thyroid.

5. Yogurt and cultured milk products are easy to digest and give you the calcium without too much fat.

6. Always drink mineral water. Your bones are made of minerals and if you drink filtered water it will actually pull the minerals out of your body.

7. Silica is makes your teeth hair and nails grow because without Silica you cannot absorb calcium. I started taking a thing called DIATOMACEOUS EARTH for parasites. But the side benefit of that is that it Diatomaceous earth mostly consists of Silica and so now my nails, hair and teeth have become extremely strengthened and my nails and hair are growing rapidly. You only need a spoon a day and it doesn't taste bad.

In my family we didn't stop growing till we were 20ish. So you can still grow. The tallest one (6' 3" is the tallest) Practiced basket ball a lot. (he is taller than dad). We are all taller than mom except for me, why? Because I had a sluggish thyroid when I was growing up. I studied about the thyroid and about health for about 18 years. So my advice is keep your thyroid and whole body healthy!

Drink milk and eat yogurt and cheese. Calcium helps bones grow.
Drink vegetable/fruit juices (like V8 or V8 VFusion).
Eat plenty of raw vegetables.
Eat whole wheat bread and pastas.
Don't skip meals.
Avoid pastries, sweets, crisps, soda drinks - anything that has little or no nutritious value.
Don't hang around people who smoke. Secondhand smoke is BAD for growing. (as is smoking yourself)
Get a good long sleep. You grow in your sleep.


The daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items are regularly:
Carrots, Fish, Liver, Egg Yolk, Beef, Red Meat,Milk, Cheese, Apples, Green Vegetables, Potatoes, Nuts,Yellow Vegetables, Almonds, Bananas, Peanuts, Chicken, Beans,Peas, Salt, 6-8 glasses of water per day.

Protein, Calcium, Phosphorus are things that you should really eat to help grow taller, gain weight, and keep healthy. And exercise too! :)

Can fast food/junk food help you grow taller?

Good nutrition is part of the picture for height.
Genetics are another, and your mother's diet while pregnant with you.
If you eat a poor diet you will likely get lots of health ailments later in life.
Why do this to yourself?
Eating junk & fast food may not kill you now, but do you wish to suffer later?
It might be cause for regret.

What food do you grow?

I live in west Texas which is mostly desert, the dirt is awful, too dry and too sunny, but a figured out how to have vegetable garden in here i plant them in pots, with a little roof and a bunch of mulch in the soil so the soil don’t loose the moisture. So now i have 3 varieties of tomatoes, cantaloupes and cucumber (growing vertically) onion, chia, sweet potatoes, figs, ginger, white strawberries, and a 5′5″ mango tree already bearing fruit.
