What are the top MS courses after finishing BE(EEE) in the US?

As an electrical engineer, you have many tracks to specialize in your Masters. Choosing one depends on your goals - you first need to ask yourself if you want to get into the industry, or do academic research. If you choose to work after your Masters, it only makes sense to pursue MS in tracks that will fetch you a job. Typically in the US, the following fields fetch you jobs1. VLSI (Digital & Analog/Mixed, CAD)2. Networks (Not suitable for EEE, yet it falls under electrical engineering in the US)3. RF & Microwave Engineering (Electromagnetics, High Frequency circuit design, Antenna design etc). This field has immense research potential as well.4. Signal Processing / Bio-electronics : Because of the increased hype in wearable computing, Signal Processing and Bio-electronics is a hot field to specialize in.5. Communications : Again, not suitable for EEE per se, but EE in general. Fields like Power Systems, Power Electronics, Control engineering, Machines and Drives are quite dull and openings are quite limited. People do get jobs but I've heard that the wait is too long. If your aim is a PhD, sky is your limit. An area of specialization cannot be 'suggested' to a PhD aspirant as it should be from within. But in the US, a research based career in EE would give you access to specialize in all the fields mentioned above plus more exotic research based domains too like Nanotechnology, Environmental & Renewable Energy etc.For a research-based career, if you expect a funding like most of us do, you might have to improve your profile with some good academic research credentials in the form of projects / publications / research internships etc.Good luck!

Which are the good universities to do an MS in Germany, in a field related to electronics & communication engineering?

Hii,first of all,you have got a good academic profile,no problem in that.Next,Try to score well,in exams(GRE,IELTS,TOEFL)you take on.When it comes to Germany, it is the academic performance, the curriculum and the practical experience in the field that plays a vital role and while the scores on the test takes are taken into consideration. Gre is not a mandatory requirement in all the German universities and you will come across a number of options that do not require the same. Scores on TOEFL or IELTS is however is highly recommended especially if you are opting for options where English is the mode of instruction. As said by Mahapavit Anand and User, do check Daad website along with Tu9 website.Check the courses in which you are interested.List out the universities andPlan accordingly.(I know, i didn't you an apt answer. In general, rather than providing list of universities without knowing your scores will be uncertain).Anyways, all the best!!! :)
