I have the GT Xpress 101 and found Pigs in the Blanket in the cook book. I also found this on their web-site:

•8 brown ‘n serve sausages or any sausage you prefer
•1 package (6 ounces) complete pancake mix
•1 cup water

1. Place sausages in each well of xpress cooker divider pan.
2. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Mix batter and water in bowl or shaker. Place 1/4 cup batter in each well over sausages.
4. Cook 7 minutes. Serve warm with butter and syrup. Serves 4.

or this one:

Apple Sausage Pancakes

Serving Size: 2

4 brown and serve sausage links

2/3 cup baking mix, like Bisquick

1/3 cup milk

1 egg

1/4 cup finely chopped apple

maple syrup

Spray wells of GT Xpress with non-stick cooking spray. Place 2 sausages in each well, plug in and preheat. Mix all other ingredients except maple syrup in shaker. When heated, pour half of batter in each well over sausage, close cover and cook 8 minutes, until pancake is puffed and done. Serve with maple syrup.

or:

Fill each side of the GT Express with pancake mix and let it set 30 seconds.

Remove from GT Express and top with whipped cream

Ymmmmmmm!

These also freeze very nice and just heat in the micrwave or in the toaster over they are great

You should be able to make plain pancakes or add anything you want, like pecans, walnuts or bacon. I would experiment and have fun! :D

Not the best choice for sure.A lot of people love bagels as well but they are probably worse.Bagels are full of carbohydrates, fats, oils and calories that will add inches to your waste line.Eating a bagel with butter is even worse because carbohydrates should not be eaten with healthy fats such as butter. There are currently 9 more breakfast foods that are not great and should be avoided if you’re looking to stay lean and fit. Here’s an example of a great and healthy breakfast to eat for optimal body composition. It’s a video of me cooking a high fat/protein meal.

Which breakfast is better, Denny's or Waffle House?

Which breakfast is better, Denny’s or Waffle House? They both have their charm, neither is really healthy out of the box. I eat at both depending on my mood.Waffle House tends to be a little greasier, but nobody can touch their waffles or modified hash browns…make mine All the Way. Watching the cooks is entertaining if you’re dining alone.Denny’s has a significantly more varied menu and does a better job on eggs. As I said, they are a little less greasy, but it’s still not healthy food. I truly enjoy their breakfast skillets and they do a not horrible job of biscuits and gravy. So, neither place is great, but they are reliable. Never had a great meal in either place, but I’ve never had an unexpected experience either.

What is your favorite hearty breakfast meal to eat out?

I have two favorite restaurants for breakfast. One is Mimi’s Good Food and the other is Town and Country which is owned by a long-time friend. At Mimi’s, expect standard breakfast items for the most part - taken to a beautifully higher level. It starts with an out-of-the-way location and a packed house. The front window holds the last 6 to 8 inspection sheets, displaying A+ across the top and usually a 100% rating. I’ve seen one 98% rating. My breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs, 3 strips of bacon, crisp hash browns with onions (by request), black coffee and whole wheat or rye toast. Awesome.Town & Country’s meals get better every time I go. The Saturday brunch is excellent, ex-cell-unt! Over several visits, I’ve had blueberry crepes with sides of bacon and eggs, orange cream pancakes (Wow!), and my favorite, good corned beef, cubed potato and onion hash. I topped it with a couple of poached eggs.

When can a baby have pancake syrup?

I can't imagine why you would need to wait a year for syrup. It's basically just sugar water with maple flavoring. Honey, yes, that you should wait a year, but for syrup...I mean peds often recommend corn syrup for constipation before a year. I'd just read the ingredients and if it's like mine and only had water, sugar and flavoring I'd say it's fine.

Maybe I'm too strict, but I don't think that I would give my kid pancake syrup unless they were begging for it...just me...I'd just stick with plain old pancakes...butterless but topped with fruit or something.
