From Where I Can Buy Total Body Fresh

What is total product?

It's the sum of all the individual products.

How can you tell (or know) if a body of water is fresh water or salt water?

Lakes are fresh water usually. Some lakes are salty because they formed by a flood of sea water, and some because they do not receive enough fresh water to keep them fresh. For example, the Dead Sea is a large lake that is very salty because the rivers that flow into it are being dammed and the water diverted to agriculture and other uses. Fresh water lakes get their salt because there are minute amounts of sale minerals in the soil, and these salts get washed into the lake. If, over time, the water keeps evaporating without being replenished with fresh water, as is the case in the Dead Sea, then it will get increasingly salty. The Salt Lake in Utah and the Salton Sea in southeastern California are similar to the Dead Sea in this regard.

One easy way to test the saltiness of the water is not to taste it, because one mouthful of the Dead Sea's water is enough to kill a person. One way to test it is to swim in it. The saltier the water, the denser it is, and therefore the more buoyant it is. It turns out that the human body is slightly denser than fresh water, so we naturally will sink in fresh water, but we are less dense than salt water, so we naturally float. The Dead Sea, which is very salty, is also very buoyant.

Does more fat equal to more body hair?

It seems those who have little fat, have little body hair (mainly speaking chest and stomach). Can having this excess body fat fuel bodily hair?

This is a questions someone already asked but he only got one answer and that wasn't satisfactory for me.

How much weight is needed to sink a dead body in cold fresh water?

Variable, depending on the body. Sink the body fully in water, then weigh the water displaced, then weigh the body. If the water weighs more than the body, it will float. If the body weighs more than the displaced water, it will sink. Since most bodies float, initially, you would need a weight greater than the difference between the water weight and the body weight to get the body below the surface. Because water at depth is denser than water on the surface, it would take a weight greater than the difference between the body weight and the weight of displaced water at the bottom.

The problem is that water is denser at depth than on the surface and cold water is denser than warm water and sea water is denser than fresh water, but you get the idea.

Archimedes principle states that a mass is buoyed up by a force equal to the weight of the water it displaces.

therefore, a mass has to weigh less than the displaced water to float and it must weigh more than the displaced water to sink. If a body floated just neutral at the surface and you add 14.7 pounds to that body, it would sink to roughly 33 ft in sea water and roughly 34 ft in fresh water, give or take due to temperature and/or salinity

Full Body Workout or Split?

Hi, I answered your other question similar to this one. You replied back to me with a question on what's better, splits or full-body, citing that some people on bodybuilding.com used full-body.

While everyone is different, this is a general rule.

Full-body workouts are more for toning and endurance.
Split workouts are more for strength and/or size.

The reason is that if you want to grow your muscles, you really need to them through a lot, which not only requires more exercises (for example, you have only two exercises per muscle group and completely forgot to add in shoulder workouts), but with fewer reps and more weight. One thing to point out is that you have not listed any rep ranges. For bodybuilding, you want to aim between 8-12 reps per set. That means using a weight light enough to get to at least 8 reps, but heavy enough that you can't do more than 12. Failure sets (like your pushups here) are good to rotate in every so often to challenge your muscles (about once a month or every two months), but many people don't find too much benefit working to failure.

Muscles build when you tear them, and with a full-body workout you aren't tearing them enough...and you also aren't going to give yourself enough time to recover (you grow during recovery, not by beating yourself up in the gym).

Hopefully, this helps address your confusion. The reason you see some people on bodybuilding.com doing full-workouts is most likely because those people aren't trying to do bodybuilding, but rather are on bodybuilding.com because they're into fitness.
