Frozen Disney Do You Recommend Watching It

I'm depressed after watching the Disney movie "Frozen"?

Two months ago, I regretfully watched the movie "Frozen" with my girlfriend. She thought it was a pretty cute movie, but me? I thought it was the best movie I'd ever seen. It blew any other movie I've seen out of the water, including my original favorite, Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny. I don't know how, because it had three things against it. It's a Disney movie, of which most are pretty trashy. It's a Princess movie, I don't think a guy should love a Disney princess movie this much. And lastly, it's a musical with some genuinely awful songs. I'm looking at you, Olaf and Trolls. I also thought Elsa was pretty hot for an animated character, but that's besides the point, in case it could be a reason as to why I'm feeling depressed. Everyone I know thinks it's a great movie, some even say it's the best they've seen. But with it being the best movie I've ever seen, I've been depressed after watching it. (I've seen it eighteen times now) It never gets old. But I'm depressed, and I've been depressed ever since I watched it. I don't really think I have anything to hide or that I'm ashamed of, as I did tell my girlfriend I thought Elsa was hot, with her giving me a creeped out look.

But what I'm really trying to say is, ever since I've seen Frozen, I've been really badly depressed, and I have no idea why. As far as I'm concerned, I have nothing to hide or let go of. Why am I so depressed after watching Frozen? Get over it, they might say, but a sixth of a year? REALLY?

Is that recent disney movie Frozen worth seeing?

Tangled isn't childlike I love that movie(its weird how i'm always protecting this film against people who love to bash it so much).

On Frozen sure its a good flick but be prepared for some songs that come out of nowhere,a lame villian that is revealed in the last 30 mins into the film's finale, and an awesome score done by Christoph Beck and exquisite animation. Its now the highest cartoon of all time and its barely a year old yet. The characters are great, the animation like I said is lovely but the story is a bit of a downer,in fact its NOTHING got to do with the Hans Christian Anderson tale The Snow Queen.

Overall I loved Frozen but its definitely the most overrated movie of 2013.

What Disney movie do you recommend?

Honestly…? Most of them are pretty great. But there’s one that I absolutely love. It was one of my favourite movies as a kid and I still love it now. Sadly, I think it gets slept on by a lot of people. That needs to change. And that movie is…The Emperor’s New GrooveThis movie is just…hilarious. While Kuzco and Pacha’s story is just fine - and they get their fair share of laughs - Yzma and Kronk really steal the show here. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever seen funnier villains.Pretty much every moment these two are on screen alternates between devious and hilarious. The way they work off each other - Yzma the mad, power-hungry advisor, Kronk the bumbling sidekick - is perfect. You could have honestly taken Kuzco and Pacha out of the movie completely and just made it about these two, and it still would have been comedic gold.Sure, Disney has made more beautiful films. And they’ve made more heartwarming films. But I don’t know if Disney ever managed to make a funnier movie than The Emperor’s New Groove.

Do you think Frozen had the best Disney OST?

Music is always subjective, but I think it will still be unanimously agreed upon that it is far from being the best Disney OST. The movie stood out because of its animation style, its enormous mediatization and merchandising, and of course its big-hit theme song ‘Let It Go’. Otherwise, I already disagree with the idea that it is superior to the Classics as a movie, so I’m definitely biased when it comes to the score itself. The story to me was fun but ultimately a bit thin, I didn’t feel all warm inside and happy whilst watching it as I had with the Lion King or Cinderella, etc… so it doesn’t come as a surprise that I feel like this transpired through the music. Don’t get me wrong, it has this Broadway quality that makes it automatically catchy and entertaining, and I can’t deny that I’d probably still remember the lyrics to some of them even if I haven’t watched it for over a year, but I still wouldn’t say they were masterpieces. I appreciated them, and the score by Christophe Beck as well, but not nearly as much as I appreciated, for example, Hans Zimmer’s composition for the Lion King or Jerry Goldsmith’s score for Mulan. Even the songs for both Mulan and the Lion King are, to me, above Frozen in terms of catchiness and appeal. It’s something about the warmth of it all. Frozen’s songs are merely plot vehicles : they carry the plot along instead of enhancing emotions, and except Let It Go which can work as an anthem for many forms of repression, I didn’t feel like any of the songs ever carried that special wholesome magic most Disney Classics became notorious for.So no, I don’t think it has the best OST. I think even Lilo & Stitch or The Princess & The Frog, far smaller Disney movies that didn’t take themselves too seriously, had a better OST than Frozen. This isn’t sarcasm, I legitimately think this. It’s all about what music makes you feel, and Frozen just didn’t have that ‘sparkle’ for me. Now my 20-something opinion doesn’t matter much. At the end of the day, all that matters is that kids liked it!

In Disney's Frozen, does Anna end up with Kristoff?

BECAUSE I CERTAINLY HOPE ******* NOT. Too many times in movies, the female ends up with the humble, rough, not good looking guy while he gets the pretty girl. Can it not happen that way for once?

If Anna ends up with Hans, I'll watch the movie. If not, I will shun it for the rest of my life. It's like Snow White and the stupid huntsman. Snow White belongs with the prince not this ugly jerk. So just tell me this.

Is frozen a movie you should get emotional while watching?

Of course it is!!!The first time I've seen it, I thought it was a film worth watching one time! But now, the last half an hour of the movie is very good and every one will get emotional, because it reveals a fact that an act of true love need not to be a kiss between a boy and girl!!!Perhaps, this is the emotional scene you are talking about!!!

Is "Frozen" movie worth watching?

Hi! :)
I wanted to ask about "If Frozen movie by Disney is worth watching?", and why? I heard many people obsessed with it, "Let It Go", "Build a Snowman" and Blah Blah Blah. Some people said it's good, so that's why I want to hear why it's worth watching and what will I take from it? I'm a Male teenager(17) but won't mind seeing a kids' movies. What are some positive messages that can be taken from it?

Thanks! =D

I am obsessed with Disney Frozen!?

I saw frozen and I loved it! But I am obsessed with it, and I always read stuff about it, play the games, watch Frozen videos on YouTube and I always imagine what it would be like to have those powers and be in the movie. But when I think about it, I start to feel sad and lonley knowing that It's over :(
Is this normal? What can I do to stop being so obsessed!

Do you agree that Frozen is the best Disney animated movie since the Lion King?

Nah I mean yes it was a good movie but Tangled in my opinion was the best film since The Lion King.

Here is why
Frozen had NO backstory whatsoever between Elsa and Kristoff. I mean how did Elsa get her magical powers, from a witch ?
The songs were good but NO WHERE as good as Pocahontas or Tangled
TOO much Broadway going on
No real romance between Kristoff and Anna
The villian was the weakest villian ever and came out of nowhere.
Not as funny as tangled

pros of frozen:
Brilliant animation
Brilliant Score
Love the let it go song
Charcther Design is really good
Voice acting is very good and not too noticeable compare to tangled as I knew who Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi was.
