Gain Arm Muscle Girls

How can girls get arm muscles fast?

Exercising is one component of muscle building, but the other component is diet. Muscles are built from protein, so you need to make sure you are getting enough in order to see good muscle growth. Try to get two meals of lean meat or protein-heavy plants (beans, etc) each day. If you are a vegetarian or don't care for meat, there are supplements made from soy protein you can take that help significantly.

If you are trying to increase muscle size, it's better to do fewer and more strenuous repetitions. For weights, you should find something you can barely lift 8 to 12 times for the muscle group, and do 3 to for sets of those reps. Push ups can be made harder by putting your feet up on a chair or stairs and doing them inclined. Push ups will work the back of your arms (triceps), but for the front you want to do curls. Get a couple dumbells you can lift 10 times or so, or tension cords are also pretty cheap to buy. Sit ups can be made harder by doing them on a yoga ball while leaning back so you have to sit up further.

Lastly, I always see a few answers for these types of questions where someone says "DONT LIFT WEIGHTS, UR A GIRL, U'LL BULK UP TO MUCH!" If anyone says that, don't listen to it. It's impossible to get man-like muscle mass weightlifting unless you take steroids or you weight lift 5 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even then, it would be almost impossible with your frame. Significantly gaining muscle in your stomach is not going to give you a cut six pack and push ups aren't going to give you a huge chest: even with weightlifting, you will still look very feminine.

How can I use my muscles to get girls?

Although girls appreciate a guy in shape, as with all things, there is a limit.  I would say too much muscle is actually a bad thing.  And muscle alone is pointless. If you've gained muscle, I assume you are generally in shape. Otherwise, change your routine immediate.  There is little more ridiculous than a guy with a beautiful strong chest and little pick-sticks for legs.  Girls will laugh when they see you, and not in a good way.Wearing clothing that fit well (athletic fit shirts) will show off what you have, without being too obvious or ridiculous. You don't have to go shirtless.  You just have to be (and look) confident. As to how to use said muscles, DOING physical activities is probably best.  Join a soccer team, go dancing, do things in close quarters with the girl you are interested.   My fiancé used to benchpress me in our early days of dating and it always made me think that he was the strongest guy on the planet. It drove me crazy :-)  That being said, that alone would not have made me want a second date. He was (is) also smart and thoughtful. In summary, focusing on showing them will just make you seem self-absorbed.  Just put yourself in situations where you can use them to accomplish some goal or help others. Ending thoughts: Any gym monkey can have muscles and usually not hold a 10 minute in-depth conversation about anything. Don't be that guy! Focus on being a well-rounded individual. No girl worth having is going to stick around for your muscles alone. The best way to get girls is still getting a small fluffy dog. Puppies will outperform muscles every time. The cuter the dog, the more girls you'll get.

Why do I gain muscle quickly? I'm a girl?

I'm an athletic 15 year old. I'm 140 pounds and am 5'7. I work out everyday about and am very active overall. I have friends of mine that workout with me who are girls but they don't gain muscle like me. I'm not like a body builder but I'm pretty fit for my age. Also I have broad shoulders. Do broad shoulders give you more power then narrow or small? Those are my two questions:

Why do some girls gain more muscle then others
Do broad shoulders give you more power.

How does a teen girl gain arm muscle? I'd appreciate it if you included a regimen she could do at the gym.

It’s real simple—think in terms of pushing and pulling movements—find those movements in the gym, do them, and you will be working biceps and triceps.—bench press, overhead shoulder press, and dips work triceps as well as being movements primarily for chest and shoulders—rowing movements work biceps but are primarily a back exercise——to isolate the arms you can do db curls for biceps and cable extensions or db kickbacks for triceps—These are the basics—You can Youtube these exercises to get a better picture of them or ask someone in the gym.

How can an ectomorph gain muscle?? I'm a girl!?

Hey im not sure what an ectomorph is but i can tell you what you need to do to gain muscle. First i wood like to say that if you have access to a gym that would be great but you don't have to have it. For arms, do normal pushups, decline pushups (where your feet is not on the floor but elevated like on a couch), pullups (this works your biceps) Do these to failure (until you physically, not mentally, can't do another rep) For your muscles to grow, you will have to consume protein. Protein can be found in meats and dairy products. I prefer milk and protein powder (whey protein). For more info. I highly recommend buying a muscle magazine such as "muscledevelopment" or "flex" Hope this helps. Also since you are a female, YOU MUST, PLZ PLZ, LOOK AT "DANA LINN BAILEY" ON YOUTUBE

I'm a girl and I want to gain some muscle and get stronger. How can I do that but not get too big?

There are a million different workouts that will work for you. Check out P90X. The biggest thing to keep in mind is that building muscle takes time. You will never just wake up and be butch, it will be a slow process. Once you build a decent amount of muscle and are the size you want start focusing on cardio and higher rep exercises to tone.

Tips for a skinny girl trying to gain muscle?

I'm 16 yeas old and my entire life I've been known as the skinny girl.

I'm 5'2" and weigh 87-90lbs (it's always between those two, my weight has never gone above 90)

It used to be okay when I was younger, when I didn't care about image and the way I looked, but then I started wanting curves and a nice body. That's when you look good.

Recently, I've decided that that's going a little too far, I've always been skinny and no matter how hard I try I'll never be the girl with the boobs and the butt and the toned arms and flat abs.

So I've decided to embrace the way my body is, BUT I don't want to look like a 12 year old either. I mean, there are girls younger than me who look older. It's sad.

So I still want to gain SOMETHING, you know? I want to have a toned, more healthy looking body.

And the first thing I want to work on is my arms. My arms are probably the skinniest part of my body, along with my shoulders. I want them to be wider, and my arms to be a bit bigger. I've seen girls at school who are as skinny as me, but it's ok with them because their arms aren't stick thin like mine.

So how do I do this? I've heard protein shakes help. Any work-out tips? Diet?

I just really don't like being that skinny, frail girl who will probably fall to pieces if you touch her (I've been told this before...sigh)

How can I get some arm muscle as a 13-year-old girl with long, pretty skinny arms? I can't even do one push up.

Hi Anvdreea,You don’t need to be able to do pushups for arm strength - there are a LOT of things you can do for arm strength, such as:curls (find something you can do 20–30 somewhat slow curls with and do 2–3 sets with a minute or so in between each set.You can alternate left and right, you can do them both at the same time, or you can do all the reps with one arm, then do all the reps with the other arm (which I like bc it gives the other arm a chance to rest, and you can go into the next set once you’re done with that arm).Tricep kickbacks: this is a popular one among women, for some reason:Dumbbell Rows: (picture’s not showing up, just click link)Here’s another one. Instead of doing pushups, get into that position, and pull the weight up. This will also help work your core, as you’ll be using it to keep your balance with one arm up.If you’re set on doing pushups, then try beginning with wall pushups:As you get better at them, then find something lower, like the kitchen counter, then the bathroom sink, then the arm of the couch, then the stairs, then try the floor. These are just a few ideas that come to mind. Just remember that all pushing movements will work on your chest and triceps (the tricep takes up 2/3 of the arm), and all pulling movements work on the biceps and back. Also, for the dumbbell exercises above, do them with the weight you have until you can do all 30 reps with no problem. Then increase the weight. And you don’t have to use dumbbells, you can use anything that weighs something. Dumbbells are just easier to grip, you know what the weight is, and the weight won’t fluctuate (as with a bag with stuff in it).
