My favourites are Almonds and Walnuts.Try to add more greens to your diet.Consume 1 or 2 Seven seas capsule daily.Nowadays diet is just not enough with the rising pollution and our lifestyle.Never go to sleep with makeup on.Get 7–8 hours of sleep.Exercise 5 days in a week for 30 mins.Dab cotton in rose water and cleanse your face in the morning. You can press a cold spoon to eyes to remove puffiness.Understand your skin type and read the label of the product before you put it on your face.If you have acne prone skin like me, your magical relief is tree oil.Make a face pack out of fullers earth + rose water + turmeric + milk and apply it on generously.Follow twice in a week.Exfoliate once in a week . My favourite is apricot scrub.Apply vitamin e capsule and leave them on overnight.Note : Laughing can remove a lot of stress , If you are stress free you just glow.

Why do doctors recommend fruit as part of a healthy diet when it is actually full of sugar, how can this be healthy for diabetics?

Fruit is a whole food packed with fiber and other nutrients, it’s the sugar is part of a healthy package. Isolate that sugar by juicing and you get a sugar bomb with entirely different effects. As far as sugar and type 2 diabetes, they’ve had it all wrong and I would have never believed it until I made the changes! Excess sugar is just a symptom of diabetes, NOT the cause, which is insulin resistance. Insulin’s job is to escort sugar (glucose) into our cells as fuel, and with new imaging technologies, they now know when our cells get too full of FAT (intramyocellular lipids) it blocks insulin from being able to do its job, so any sugar in our blood stays there and causes damage to our organs. Reducing sugar may lower blood levels, but it does nothing to fix the actual problem… fat clogging our cells.I was diabetic for years eating the diet the ADA recommends and taking all the stupid drugs, but never getting any better because treating symptoms is useless and worse. Eight years ago I just started eating a whole food plant based diet, cut out all animal products and processed crap including oil, and within 3 weeks the diabetes I was told by my own doctor I’d have to manage forever, was history. Unfortunately, doctors get no nutritional training in med school so most know none of this unless they investigate it on their own. I eat lots of fruit, potatoes, complex carbs like whole grains, beans, and all kinds of veggies, lost over 100 lbs, and feel better in my 60’s than I did in my 30’s.For anyone interested in doing the same, don’t just believe some random person on the internet including me, educate yourself, try starting here…https://nutritionfacts.org/video...DiabetesBeginner's Guide to a Plant-Based Diet | Forks Over Knives
