Is My Childs Father's Medical History Important To My Babies Health?
Yes you need to know the same things about the father that you they ask about you. The blood type i don't think is very important, but like if any diseases like down syndrome or medical problems like high blood pressure and heart defects and stuff run in his family because the baby inherited 1/2 of its genes from you, but also 1/2 from the dad so they like to know those things because if down syndrome were to run in his family they would keep an eyes out for that with your baby and if heart defects ran in the family then the doctor might suggest getting a test to make sure your baby's heart is ok and keep an out for problems like that. It just helps them better to know what to look out for if there are any potential problems or anything you can look up online what the doctor will ask or me and hubby bought the what to expect when your expecting book that you filled in week by week and it had a checklist of all the diseases and stuff the doctors ask about and me and him went through and checked what/if anything ran in our family and maybe if he can he could just go to that first appointment with you and when they're asking then he can also answer or if there was one you were concerned about the doctor didn't ask about you can bring it up.

Approval letter from medi-cal for pregnancy where can i deliver my baby now?
I've been having Kaiser insurance my whole pregnancy and now I'm 36 weeks and Im no longer under my mother's insurance for Kaiser,Ihave medi-cal now .ONLY for my pregnancy. I live in Ontario California. Now that I have my approval letter from Medi-cal for my pregnancy would I be able to have my baby at any hospital? I would like to Deliver @ Loma Linda University Children's Hospital I just don't know how I would go be able to deliver there....help! I just am completely lost.. Thanks....
