Why do guys start acting strange with girls they like?
This guy clearly likes me coz of his behaviour when his around me. Looking intensely in my eyes, smiling and fidgeting a lot even rejecting a call from his mother infront of me. I asked him countless times to come and do some activities either with friends or by ourself (mostly with my friends). The thing is he always says yeah sure i will come or sweet ill be there and than doesn't show up and doesn't even text i can't make it. No word from him.The thing that disturbs me is that he goes and do all these kind of gestures behind my back just so he can "casually" bump into me when infact its so simple. Im never weird in person. Always happy and friendly. I have even hinted that i like him so he clearly knows that but what is the problem? He even asked me once for coffee but didn't text me on the day we should have met. He even cleared his schedule for the evening (got info from a friend) but didn't say anything. I didn't write him either coz I felt that he should initiate since he was the one asking me for coffee.I found out that he is texting one girl a lot but in a sense of just sleeping with her but with me he is a total gentlemen and acts really innocent. I can't figure him out. What should i do?
Guy friend acting strange!?
There's this guy who I'm really good friends with. We hang out a lot and many people think that we like each other. But we're friends. He asked me that once and I said yes we are friends. Anyway, he used to like this girl who I work with and share a house with. She doesn't like him but likes to flirt with him (he knows this). Anyway, the guys we hang out with have been teasing him about her just recently (which is fine with me). BUT, he asked me if I liked someone and I said yes and basically, without telling him in so many words, he now knows that I like his best friend, who doesn't like me (as far as I know). Anyway, since I told my friend (the one I'm talking about), he's started acting differently. He's been a little distant. We used to talk a lot but now, he's busy a lot. And this evening when we were coming back from somewhere (the girl was there as well), he drove me and she went with another guy and i said sorry that it hadn't been her and he said who cares, don't be. And we just talked and usually we joke and things, but he was pretty serious and he just seemed sad. I asked him if it was cuz he didn't get to speak to her and he said no, that wasn't bothering him cuz he didn't care about that anymore. And when we were at the pub later, he bought me a drink and though he sat next to the other girl, he spent the whole time smiling at me (not in a cheesy way), just seemed sad. I don't get it, why is he suddenly like this?!!

Shes totally fine when I'm not around but when i go and sit at the lunch table with her shes really quiet I like this girl thats why i went there but my friends were there too but shes always talking to her friends and laughing and then i come and she says hi and her face is up but shes just so quiet. I wanna know why ..
A girl whom I have known for a year now started acting aloof, is it strange or normal?
When people pull away from long-standing relationships, there is always a reason; but it may have nothing to do with you. If you are close enough to her to tell her you sense she is distancing herself, ask if you have offended her in some way and if there is anything you can do to fix it besides apologize. Otherwise, you should pull back a little, too. When people give you behavioral hints that they need space, it is most kind to give it to them.
Female friend acting strange?
So I've known this girl since I started uni in september. We are not super close, but we have the same friends and see each other a lot so I know her well enough. She's always been very happy and talkative (in fact she's the first person I really spoke to here), however very recently, she seems extremely awkward whenever she sees me, I'm lucky if she smiles at me. Today I even passed her and she definitely saw me but it was as if she didn't recognise me. I'm completely in the dark about why she's acting like this, so like you do I'm turning to the good women (or men) of yahoo answers to help me out? It's pretty obvious, but in case you still haven't realised, I'm male.
Random girl avoiding me for no apparent reason?
This is just annoying me slightly, there is this girl that i kinda know and she is acting strange/weird and seems to be avoiding me at all cost. We live closeish to each other and when i walk home i take the shortest route and this girl just takes a different route and walks hundies to get in front of me when im walking infront of her.( like olympic fast walking speed) i dont have any idea what is going on, it just annoyes me as i am a generally a likable person, joking around in class and stuff plz if you have any idea wtf is going on help me.

This girl was acting weird today, what does it mean?
So I've known this girl at school for about two weeks and it's amazing how many things we have in common, I really like her and yesterday I was planning to invite her out today and see if I could tell her how I feel. I think, or rather "thought" that she felt the same way, because at times she was the one looking for me or waiting after class, we were together these 2 weeks most of the time between and after class and we were always having a good time... But today, out of the blue she just ignored me. We only had a class together, but she kept ignoring me the whole time and also picked another seat in class. I really have no idea what that means. I decided to go and greet her in class (She was in front of me for 10 minutes outside the classroom but she didn't even look at me) and she was smiling and all, but all I got was a "hi" and a kiss... so just a plain and simple greeting. Then after class she went outside and I found her almost at the gate and she just said "bye" while smiling and that was all. I wasn't looking for her or anything when I found her outside because at that point I had given up, I just couldn't understand what she was trying to say. What bothers me is that from time to time I noticed she was looking at me when she thought I wasn't looking at where she was but other than that she acted like I didn't exist whenever she was close to me. Any thoughts? Is she playing with me? Does she want me out of her life? It's so weird that it happened today, the day I wanted to tell her how I felt. Kinda pisses me off.
How should a girl react or act when a guy leaves her for no reason?
There is always a reason. It could be a stupid reason but there is always a reason. Just accept that the guy is a jerk for not telling you why and be glad that you are away from him. don’t beg him to come back but get on with your life, knowing how close you came to being with someone so unsuitable for you. Keep your pride intact, he is not good enough for you anyway
