Is this flirting?
There's this girl who sits next to me in class. Often times she'll tap my leg with her foot and never like never apologize about it. Once she even just left it there against me. She definitely does not deserve your brother if she's going to act like that. He can find someone way better who will actually be completely faithful, so yes I would tell him (in a calm way, you two alone - not with her), I know you may not want to ruin the relationship but it's better if he knows rather than him finding out later or seeing it happen.

Hey -- aforementioned girl here. I would like your personal opinions on this, if you don't mind sparing the time. You see, I'm worried I may've accidentally led a few -- specifically two -- guys on. Both boys [separately] challenged me to matches, and I, being the arrogant competitor that I am, employed some 'friendly intimidation' methods throughout. Believe me, I'm a girl, and flirting is something that we adore. Just be really nice (while yet being yourself) and be confident. Unfortunately a lot of people think it's ok to flirt with others even though they're in a relationship. I know because I have many friends who do it and I had to castrate my boyfriend when I caught him doing it (lol jk). Some people believe there is only physical cheating and they don't see anything wrong with flirting but other believe in physical and emotional cheating where flirting is a big no no. Her morals are probably just different then yours. She either doesn't think or doesn't care that she's being disrespectful to her boyfriend AND you, where as you probably think she's being a selfish attention seeker. Sorry bud.
