i love it. i feel appreciated and i think i speak on behalf of a lot of women. and any woman who complains about it when they wear a low cut top/shirt/bikini is being a little hypocritical me thinks!

YES, for god's sake YES! we love to stare at girl's chests! where the hell have you been the past four hundred thousand years? just kidding :D but really, this is normal and some girls tend to use their chest to get guys to do stuff for them... it really works too!

This is my theory: If a guy you don't like is staring at your boobs, you get offended. If a guy you DO like is staring at your boobs, you don't mind/like it. And I don't even mean oogling, I mean just like a quick glance or something Am I right or not?

You’re asking this the wrong way. It’s not girls in general that like it or dislike it when people look at their breasts. It’s some girls who like it and some that dislike it.I’m personally not at all offended when people look at my breasts when I’m in public places. I wouldn’t say that I like it for most of the time - as in, I’m getting aroused or getting a sense of achievement from that - but I find it somewhat amusing when I catch someone staring and, at the same time, I’m quite at ease with it; we all have organs, orifices, fluids - and some of us develop sexual fetishes for those or are biologically conditioned to feel attracted to some of these. No harm done.So look, but be aware that I might feel uneasy about that when you stare ostensibly.I look at men’s bulges every now and then and I look at women’s butts every now and then. We can certainly deny that we also wish to be seen as good mating partners, among other things we’re “made” to wish, but that’s not how our bodies work.I find prudishness, which is generally a result of lack of sexual education and a refusal to acknowledge the fact that human beings are sexual creatures before anything else, to be a sad fact of reality.To conclude, some women (transgender women included) enjoy it when they’re catching people looking at their bodies in a sexual way. Some women enjoy that more than others. Some only enjoy that in specific social settings. Other women don’t. That’s the end of this story.
