Bra straps show when wearing tank tops?
I LOVE these Abercrombie tank tops, but my bra straps show. Can you layer these? What do you wear underneath or what can you do? I've tried strapless bras but they keep sliding down. Is it okay if your bra straps show when wearing a tank top?
So, I recently bought this shirt. http://www.wetseal.com/catalog/product.jsp?categoryId=101&productId=55930&color=CORAL&altImageId=1 Normally, I wear a racerback bra or pull the bra straps together when wearing a tank top, but the back of this shirt makes it so that you can still see them. I also hate strapless bras, because I don't feel like they give me enough support, and I dislike the ones with clear straps as well, because it just draws attention to the straps. So, is it considered okay if I let my bra straps show when wearing this? Thanks. I'll be wearing a cami as well, so there will be two sets of straps.
Do you think its bad if a girl's bra straps are showing when she's wearing a tank top?
okay, so i live in florida and especially in the summer it gets SO hot down here and it's such a hassle to wear anything but shorts or tank tops. the only problem is, whenever i wear a tank top my bra straps show (i don't like the ones with built-in bras) and i always feel so paranoid that people are looking at them and thinking "wow, what a slut. she should put something over that." is this true? what do people really think? it's weird though, because whenever I see someone whose bra straps are showing i don't think anything of it. i just kind of notice it. any opinions? by the way, strapless bras never really work for me.
Why do people care if your Bra strap is showing?
Becauusse the classic bra strap in clear view thing.Is how prostitutes give the customers a message that says comee and get it,without being too obvious to the cops. Seriously though?I think they just say it to watch out for you because any little thing like that gets the perverts going? I don't care,as long as you're wearing one.o_o
Bra straps showing from tank top: good or bad?!please help!!?
It's allmost a fashion statement. But you can't help but feel self- conscious when your underwear is showing! I've seen a lot of bra straps that show, intentionally and are even a drastic color differentiation from the tank. Like, a pink tank and a turquoise bra. That seems to be the "in" look so don't worry about the straps. As far as seeing your bra from the outside, you can eliminate that by wearing one that is flesh colored - kind of a beige. That's almost invisible under any color - except black...better to wear a black bra under black tops of any kind. Then, if a strap shows, it seems like it's part of the outfit. Never wear a bra that's lighter than the outside shirt - it will show up for sure. Looks tacky - like you don't know how to dress!
Guys is it trashy for a girl to have her bra strap showing? Or do you like it?
its too hard to match your bra with your top. tops are made so differntly and bras are pretty standard unless you buy like 5 differnt desgins to fit your shirt. So people who dont like it can just shut up because bras are expensive and differnt designs can be uncomfortable. Plus you see hundreds of girls with thier bra straps showing. Just go to the mall in the summer and you will see alot. So if the guy does consider it trashy, then i guess he thinks there are alot of trashy girls around

Since it was on accident I wouldn't worry about it. But when you leave the house with the intent to show - not classy for sure. Your body is a temple, treat it as such and others will respect it in the same way. If you use it to show it off, that is what others will think - that you intend to share it. kind of like advertising, ya know?
Well around half the world are women so of course some will do it intentionally for sexual reasons because when billions of people are women of course some of them will be doing it for that reason.However, the majority of women are not trying to show off their bra straps intentionally. Often their top might have slipped down just a bit and now it is showing. Women often have to constantly adjust their bra and shirts and to be honest I would imagine it is a pain for them. Bras are painful things for many women and many women can’t wait to get home to get them off. Anyway, that is getting off topic to be honest with you most women do not even have any part of their bra showing. Actually if you asked me when I last saw a woman with her bra showing my answer would be “I don’t have the faintest idea.”To be honest I don’t even go deep into thought if a woman’s bra strap was showing. I just think her shirt has slipped down a bit it is no different from man’s shirt that has ridden up and you can see a bit of his underwear etc etc. People don’t notice sometimes and you can’t keep checking every three seconds either. However, if you have to check that often the person probably should buy better fitting clothes.I consider it like this, if you are looking long enough at a woman to notice a woman’s bra strap showing while she walks past you in the street you are staring at her. When it comes to talking to women I like to look at women’s faces and into their eyes just like I expect women to do to me.

See: every thin-strapped top or dress, every strapless bra and dress, every wide-neckline shirt...Wear what makes you happy. Bras are often expensive, hopefully supportive, and sometimes super cute-- and that's the view I've taken on my bra straps or even my bra itself showing. I paid a lot for this, it's freaking gorgeous, and if a person doesn't like it, that's their problem, not mine.
