Girls Is It Normal To Find Merkel Born In 1954 Very Attractive Or Pretty

Photography: What are some of the most inspirational photos ever taken?

This picture changed me “How I see my world!”.The picture has been taken in war-torn Palestine.A father is bathing his Daughter and Niece in a bathtub in their destroyed house.Dad has a splendid smile on his face and the kids could be seen to laughing. It looks that the “Destructive forces” was able to destroy everything except the high “Spirit” of this man. This Dad must be a super Dad who has lost too much but still making things fun. They are making things happier with whatever they are left with. And here I stood who would complain for a bad mess food, slow WiFi, Power cuts, and the list continues to the smallest to the smallest things.Hardly being thankful and satisfied for what I got. After thinking too much about this pic and observing it for long, I really feel inspired to be better & thankful person from now on.I will try not to complain about everything. Instead will always try to make things better.Truly, life is what you make out of it! - Anonymous

How does the majority of the UK feel about Meghan Markle, a divorced, mixed race American, marrying into the royal family?

Lots of very good answers here, and I concur with them all.I am pretty sure that there are some very traditional types behind the scenes who have had their private conniptions over this. It would be disingenuous to believe otherwise. On the other hand, the Royal Family (and their close advisors) have learned, the very hardest way possible, that trying to keep the bloodline “Royal” (by deliberate manipulation) is a very bad idea.Charles was deeply in love with Camilla, but he was forbidden to marry her. This was widely reported to be because she wasn’t a virgin. See for example here: Princess Diana still haunts Prince Charles' wife Camilla .Meanwhile, the Royal machine found Diana. Beautiful, shy, kind, a Lady by blood, and of course “untouched”, it was thought that Charles would instantly forget about Camilla and fall for her—or, at the very least, do his Royal Duty with her and keep his mouth shut. That might even have been possible a century ago, but not in the glare of the world’s media. Unfortunately, love is a lot more complicated than that. And the tragic outcomes on all sides provoked a public backlash which substantially rocked the Monarchy. The Royal machine seems to have learned its lesson. Charles is now really happy with Camilla, the only woman he ever loved. William has found Kate, technically a commoner, and she is fantastic: beautiful, graceful, popular. And the Royals need popularity these days. And now Harry. I do believe that the majority of the UK just want him to be happy. His childhood was affected by the deep unhappiness of his mother, then her tragic death. He deserves happiness, and (after sowing what seems to be quite a lot of wild oats of his own) he seems to have found the woman who he feels is right for him. Most likely Meghan (as Kate did) will prove to be a far more popular and effective addition to the Royal Family than an arranged marriage with some posh filly with a silver spoon in her mouth. Good luck to them both, say I.

What are some interesting facts about Germany?

1. Sparkling(Carbonated) water is default and can be found hands down at any store.. You have to search/ask for the non-sparkling ones.2. Mercedes seems to be the most common taxi. There are taxis which are in the trademark black colour and look great but I couldn't find them on roads, got them booked thru my hotel. They don't charge extra as well.3. Everything is on-the-second here. Buses, trains. and they are ubiquitous! Very very rarely are they behind schedule. But if they are late, they have a good reason for it. You really don't need a vehicle for yourself to travel/explore except into highways (read autobahn). Of course, everyone knows there's no speed limit on the autobahn.4. No shopping on Sundays. Spare yourself time on Saturday. There are some 24/7 shops however...5. Shops close at 2000 hours no matter what.6. Sometimes, there will be an announcement on the city's website that shops will be open this Sunday till 1800 hours. Lookout for that!7. People are very friendly and will definitely help you out if you are lost AND if you ask them.8. Don't put down your phone when you hear just the last name (or surname) of the person you dialed to. If you're dialing their business number, it will most probably be Surname+Company-name+Guten Tag.9. More people like to come to work on their bicycle or on the train. Fitness minded. They love to go on bicycling trips. Dedicated bicycle lanes. But not everybody.UPDATE EDIT: So I learn that there is one Sunday, just one Sunday, every year that the government decides to keep the shops open! So they make some sort of special arrangement to make that happen and for 2014, it was 2-November. Still learning...There are more rules that I don't know of as welll :) Source: From my business trips to Germany.

In all of world history, who was the most powerful person for their time?

Genghiz Khan could be an obvious answer. He built the world's largest contiguous empire. However, one non-obvious answer you might not know is Emperor Ashoka. I have also considered other strong contenders such as Queen Victoria, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Alexander the Great and Qin Shi Huang of China. I could easily pick any of those 4. Since they are usually well known, I pick Ashoka.I don't consider power purely through hard power (the power to murder & intimidate people) but also the soft power (the power to influence and get the best out of people). Ashoka was miles ahead on this metric than any other contender. Even in hard power, he was no pushover. While Khan's empire of 11 million sq km is twice Ashoka's, most of the Genghiz Khan's territory was unmanned grasslands. Ashoka ruled over 44% of the world population with close to a half of world GDP of his time. While Genghiz Khan hardly had the time to rule any of the territories he captured, Ashoka happily ruled for close to half-a-century.Besides leading in economy and number of subjects ruled, Ashoka also took a little known cult of Buddhism and turned it into world's fourth biggest faith. Ashoka's actions directly impacted more than three-quarters of the known world of his time - from Japan to Afghanistan. Asia was suddenly connected by this new faith and also pacified a lot. Unlike Genghiz Khan, Ashoka quickly realized the folly of violence and impacted a big deal with his culture. For such a huge conquerer, there is hardly any evidence of complaint in any of the cultures he impacted. Even today, he is celebrated across Asia after 2300 years. After 2300 years, the pillars of truth he left all over the subcontinent are still intact.

What is the first thought that comes to your mind on hearing the word "hamburger?"

When I was in middle school I had a Burger King whopper. It was sooooo good.(WHOPPER). Sometimes I just want to go and re-experience the burger again. Maybe from Burger King or Wendy’s with their Double Cheeseburger(What Time Does Wendy's Start Serving Lunch?)And not long ago in grade school and middle school my go to menu at McDonald’s was the Quarter Pounder with Cheese(Quarter Pounder with Cheese | McDonald’s)Or the numerous other brands branching over into numerous other categories. But most of the time I resist. One experience with that Burger King meal was not the same as what I was so blessed to have at home. Nothing tops the traditionally amazingly delicious hamburgers we had growing up. My mom and dad would grill all the burgers and hot dogs on the grill and a special treat was when they would melt cheese right onto the top of the burger. And unlike the fast food giants that if eaten at regularly lead to profound health risks, the hamburgers or cheeseburgers from the traditional grill were packed with far less sodium, fat, or unknown oils. And home cooked burgers usually came with tomatoes, lettuce, and other vegetables fresh from our garden. My oh my, how delicious! Most of the hamburger I’ve bought as a 20–30 adult for just myself and wife has gone into chili, stew, or hamburger helper. I could not match the delicious grilling techniques of my parents or grandparents before them. Sometimes those family reunions and meetings with my still young parents they’ll cook up the burgers again or fix another homestyle classic meal. When I do get to the fast food joints I most likely get the Wendy’s sea salt fries and a taco salad, or Burger King’s rodeo chicken burgers from the dollar menu. Sometimes McDonald’s is nice with a dollar cheeseburger or hamburger, I’ve long since backed away from the quarter pounder or extra large burger. Although the Pico Chicken is quite good and who can argue with the crispy chicken deluxe or fish sandwich. Or what about Wendy’s Spicy Chicken? Okay, now I’m digressing.
