Im 16 and this cute girl likes me. I feel like shes too good for me and im not on her level. She's sending me strong signals and all her friends have been messaging me saying to ask her out. Her friend even posted on her wall "(My name) finally replied! omg, he is being so silly!". i kept telling her friend i want ask her out because im not good enough and she doesnt like me. I was in a bad mood and my confidence is dropping..even tho i know she likes me, im in denial of it. You asked him a question tha put him in an incredibly awkward position. Lie, or be truthfulp ThankBy the way did he know whether 1 = the best score or the worst?“Good looks” mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. You could be a supermodel but he might prefer brunettes over blondes or vice versa.One theory I have is that I suspect he may have been put off by you asking him if he thought you were pretty. He might have even thought you were pretty but the “neediness” and “insecurity” that type of question exudes may have been a total turn-off and thus he changed his mind. He may have felt it was a question asked by you simply to fish for compliments—and It may have turned him off. As such, he have a “no” response.I don’t know what his thoughts were on the matter, but I think it was rude to ask a question of a man (or anyone) that sets them up to possibly have to lie and be “nice” or be honest and upset the person who asked.
