Is it "nobody wants to hear your two sense" or "nobody wants to hear your two cents"?
It would be,"Nobody wants to hear your two cents". It comes from the expression,"Put my two cents in",which is taken from the original British expression,"My two pennies worth". We use the "two cents" part to mean either the opinion isn't worth much,or,to lessen the impact of a possibly contentious statement.
I called my girl friend two times and she cut my calls while talking with her. I love her, but I have decided to stop calling her. Is that okay?
Wow that is really rude, cutting someone off during a conversation. Sorry guy or girl this is so called girlfriend has no respect for you at all. Otherwise she would just say “ sorry but i have to go. I have this or that to do or blahdieblah)” They give you a valid reason so you know what is going on.Relationships are build on mature communication and just cutting off people you “love” or interrupting/correcting them every .single.time. is not the way to have a good relationship. My late girlfriend and I used to call each other during our lunch time. She was a surgeon and was often on the ER. Anyway one time we were talking and they called for her so she said: “ babe i gotta go, they need a surgeon in the ER”, to which i said “ go save some lives Angel”. Then we both hanged up.I think it is best you just dumped her and moved on. it isn’t a healhy relationship you two are having. When one partner doesn’t respect the other the relationship is over ( that is how i see it )My two cents.
How to smack some sense into a girl that is being controlled by her bf?
I have this friend(good friend) that recently told me that she can't talk to me anymore because her bf said to never talk to any guys... I find this quiet stupid for some reason... I know the person very well, and they have been going through alot and it seems like she doesn't care how he treats her..It so obvious that he treats her like ****, and I've told her like a million time-that she doesn't have to put up with it. I don't get it? She always calls me when something happens, or when he bf gets pissed because I talk to her or text and he is always looking through her phone and telling her what to do... Can someone please shed some light on this, I can't seem to understand what she is going through ?? I can't really talk to her because she said don't call/text but that's fine with me, but it's clearly wrong the way her bf is treating her and she is just living like nothing has hap pend??? wtf is wrong with girls these days ??
