What do guys think of girls wearing makeup?
I love makeup. I have never been one of the girls to layer on the foundation, and cake on the eye makeup. I just like the way that makeup can define my features. Lately I have been seeing lots of girls wearing little or no makeup. Their skin looks great, and if anything they are only wearing mascara. They still look amazing. This made me think, is it possible to look better when you wear only the tiniest bit? On a normal day I would usually wear a liquid mineral foundation on my problem areas (forehead and nose) and a little bit of mineral loose powder to set the foundation. I put concealer under my eyes to hide the dark circles, but never on pimples, because I feel like it would block them, and make them even worse. I would use a nude or brown coloured eyeshadow on my eyes, sometimes doing the brown smokey eye. I put a thin line of liquid eyeliner on my top lash line, and then put black kohl on my lower waterline. I finish with curling my lashes and applying mascara, and putting a clear gloss on my lips. I feel like this is too much, especially on a normal day, but to put it truthfully, my self esteem is too low to go out in anything less. I would like to change this, because I know my skin would improve by wearing less, but I don't think i have the confidence. Is it true that most guys prefer girls to wear little or no makeup? Is the natural look seen as more attractive? I would like your opinions :) thanks

the ENTIRE beauty aisle, plus touchups. ;) but really i think when a girl wears: -foundation primer -foundation -coverup -concealer -blush -powder -bronzer -shimmer powder -mascara -false lashes -eyeshadow -liner -drawn on eyebrows -lip liner - lip stick AND -lip gloss is WAAAAYY too much. can u say blowtorch?!
Wearing makeup while playing sports?
i have the exact same problem with tennis - sweating in the heat ruins my makeup and my complexion! heres a few pointers: use a powder, not liquid foundation, and dust it lightly all over your face. rub it in using your fingers, the natural oils will help it stick. apply a teeny bit more if ABSOLUTLY necessary. i reccomend covergirl's compacts. they have great applicators that put on just hte right amount and they blend beautifully with your skin and oils. get waterproof eyeliner and mascara. or try putting on just mascara on the outer lashes, top and bottom. it defines the eye without the smudging later! and dont pile it on, you dont need so much. try NYC or Maybelline. with eyeshadow - get the eyeshadow sticks from NYC Color. they work wonders! apply a small line about a centimeter think, which is plenty, just like you would eyeliner. it may end up in the crease of your eyelid but you can just smudge it for a musky look! :] good luck!

I think that it is ok- why should women be the only ones with good-looking skin? Guys should have the opportunity to cover a zit with a little "camouflage" if they want to.
