*girls* Which Shoes Should I Get

How many shoes should a teen girl have ?

it depends on your budget, i you're filthy rich, you should have a whole closet full, if you're below average, you should have one pair, if you're average, you should have 3-7 pairs. i'd suggest buying one more pair. then you should be fine. and as the 1st poster said, most people don't pay that much attention.

If you are known for usually dressing as a girly girl, people might just wonder. But definitely won't pick on you! Boy shoes are very comfortable and also look cute in a more laid back style. Like jeans, a cute t-shirt and those black kicks will look really nice =) If you want to make it look a bit girlier, just add some pretty accessories.
Then again, if someone picks on your for wearings boy shoes, he/she seriously has no life.
Girls in my school wear those shoes all the time.
Other than that.. YAY for boy shoes!

How do I compliment a girl’s shoes?

Have you seen Forrest Gump?Do you remember the scene where Forrest is sitting on the bench and talking to a strange woman? The answer is definitely -‘Those must be compfortable shoes.’But do not talk about shoes at the very beginning of a conversation. It’d be kind of weird.

Can a girl wear boy's sports shoes?

First you need to understand the difference between Women's & Men's Sports Shoes. There are three major differences:The Shape of the Shoe: You can easily differentiate a men’s and women’s shoe by looking at the width of the shoe. Women's shoe are built more wider in the forefoot and toe area and taper towards the heel to accommodate their leaner heels and ankles. The Q-Angle: The Q-angle is the angle of incidence of the quad muscle relative to the kneecap. Because women generally have wider hips than men, they have wider Q-angles, which causes them to pronate more and require extra support in the shoe. Pronation refers to the motion of the inner and outer ball of the foot with the heel bone. Overpronation, where your foot pushes off almost completely from the big toe and second toe and fails to spread shock evenly, and underpronation, where the weight of your foot fails to transfer to the big toe and forces the outside of the foot to bear most of the weight, can lead to serious injuries over time. Designers and developers who take this into account often use a different material for the midsole or outsole on a women's shoe than they will on the men's version.3. The Effect of Weight: Women usually weigh less than the men of comparable height and feet size due to lesser muscle density. Therefore, the midsole in a woman's shoe is designed to sustain 15 percent less impact as each foot strikes the ground. Because of this, women's shoes usually contain a lighter and softer midsole than the men's version. However, if a woman has a wider foot, she may find that the opposite gender's shoe actually provides a better fit. Generally, all these differences are overlooked, due to more unisex products in the market these days. So as long as it fits you fine, you can go for your favorite shoe in the men’s section. Your comfort is all that should matter :) !!

Teen girls, are toms shoes true to size?

Yeah, they run pretty true to size.
I'm an 8 or a 9 in shoes and the 8.5s fit me perfectly.

In any case, if they don't fit you can exchange for the next size up or down :)

And I love my toms. They're extremely comfortable and look cute paired with jeans. I have a pair of classic black ones.

Should I let my 11 year old son wear girls’ shoes?

You didn't give many details in your question, so I'll assume it could be one of the following scenarios...Did you tell him to pick out a pair of shoes in a store? Did he choose the "girls" ones? Congrats, you have a child who is developing an opinion of what he likes. That's perfectly healthy. You can certainly express concern if he chooses those shoes and let him know that other kids may tease him for wearing them or that sparkly flats aren't very good shoes for going hiking. If the shoes were forced on him by someone else, and your son likes them, let it be. If he doesn't like them, tell him he can take them off and then yourself politely tell whoever made your son wear them precisely how monumentally stupid it is to bully a child into doing something they don't like.If he chose to trade shoes with someone else, whether it's a sibling, a friend, or a schoolmate, again, as long as he's happy with the shoes on his feet and their purpose fits whatever he is doing at the moment, there is nothing wrong with him or the shoes. All you can do is help explain why allowing him to make his own decisions about how he wishes to look is beneficial to a growing a developing brain. Far too many children are told exactly what to do until they turn 18 or so, and then they are expected to make all their own decisions. Giving your son the independence to choose his own style allows him to slowly get used to making his own decisions, while discovering that sometimes decisions have unintended consequences (teasing from other kids) and also hopefully discovering that parents generally want to see their kids succeed and have the best life possible. This sets up the basis for having an emotionally stable, well adjusted kid, who will grow up and hopefully continue to rely on your advice throughout their life, while remembering that some day you will embarrass them with pictures of them wearing a tatty Minnie mouse dress, playing in the mud in the back yard. Or maybe that was just me.

Girls - what kind of shoes do you wear when you go clubbing?

no hun . the tennis shoes and sneakers are a club no-no
and a big one . i take fashion/style classes and let me tell you
thats just not right . when you go clubbing youre supposed to get dressed up, not like "fancy dresses" but a cute dressy top, maybe some cute jeans and pumps or heels .
youre not the only one that does this, everyone feet hurts whent here dancing with heels, youre not the only one that takes them off, i do it all the time, and if youre really wanting to get rid of this problem then wearing flats are your best option, theyre in right now, come in all styles and colors and are club-approved, but if you have a problem with your feet getting dirty at a club then youll have a biggger one when evryone stares at u for wearing sneakers, plus it will ruin your outfit. so either go witht he flats, or just stick with heels.
youre not the only one hun .
