Good Car For A Man In His 30ies

What car will make you look rich?

LISTEN UP! Only POOR people drive new luxury cars. The guy driving a new bmw, mercedes, is a guy with a good paying job and NO MONEY.

The TRUTH that marketers don't want you to know? Almost universally most millionaries in the usa buy USED . Fords and then toyotas.

Studies have proved that millionaires by far live very frugally, buy used cars, dont own boats, dont own second houses, didnt inherit their wealth, didnt win the lottery, because to make a million in one generation you have to live frugally, invest, and be smart with money.

Questions like these prove how brainwashed and ignorant the average American is from the media and marketers. Look it up guys, books like "the millionaire next door" will show you,.

Guys who want to "look rich" are NOT.

"All hat, no cattle" is what they say.

Why can't we make the Tesla electric car today?

Well, in short, we can, but won't. In explaination:

You probably won't be getting too many more answers on this, because Knights 93 hit the nail on the head!!! Too many power/money hungry people/corperations stiffle, and literally buy out the rights to any new possible competition to their BIG, FAT nest egg! A good example of this is the movie (based on a true story) "Tucker - a man and his dream." Discover magazine featured an article called re-inventing the wheel, and I believe that this is the main electricicity storeage device (which is EXTERMELY EFFICIENT) used in today's Hybrid electic/gas cars. The man who is responsible for this 'new' technology opined that there was simply NO NEED for a hybrid, this technology is ready to go full-tilt electric RIGHT NOW. The article ran approximately 10 Years ago, or less. There was also an article (in popular mechanics magazine, 3-5 yrs. ago) about a new kind of safe reactor that used a certain material that, when bombarded by X-rays, gives off MASSIVE AMOUNTS of Gamma Rays. The Gamma Rays were then used to super-heat the air in massive enough quanities to switch a conventional fuel jet turbine engine over to be powered simply by these massive amounts of super-heated air. The technology was being tested by the military to power Drone (un-manned) aircraft. Gamma rays are dangerous to be near....but have an extermely short half-life....they dissipate very rapidly with no ill effects to the environment. Well, I was wondering why not use these types of reactor-turbines to replace all the coal, hydro, and ESPECIALLY, Nuclear reactors to generate our electricity? It would SHATTER the Worlds dependancy on ALL other types of energy production.....! The answer, in my opinion.........? Too much money to spend (whiney, whiney cry-babyies!!) in the initial conversion to such types of reactors, and way too much money for the Big Wheels of our day to loose! They WON'T look to the future savings (ASTONOMICAL), BECAUSE the savings would mean stealing THEIR golden goose! They don't care about the benefits to the environment or the Global Community for the same Meglo-Maniacal reasons. I hope this helps. VERY INSIGHTFUL QUESTION!

sad to see so much ignorence in the world, Loran; root word-IGNORE, it is WILLFULL stupidity

I was 39 when I met and married my husband. I was a single mom, one son out on his own, another still in high school. I met him online, and while there are many not good men online, there are good ones also. It's just a matter of finding him. Never meet anyone at your place, always meet them out, like at a fast food place or public place. My friend met a guy online, he met her at her house, and on their date they took his car. Her and her autistic son ended up at his house for 3 days, before she was able to get home. She was afraid, but I guess she didn't mind, because they are dating again.

Best car for bachelor?

out of these cars do you think is better for a single guy close to s 30s? Pros and cons.

Are there any good single guys left in their 30s who don't have children?

As sad as it may be to say, but if you find such a guy and get married and if you have children, both of you would place the #1 priority on the child.

It's natural and the reason is that children need guidance, support and love when they can't get it themselves and as adults, we have to handle that.

You should look for a balance, once you make one hard line stand, you eliminate part of the population. You make another and it's divided even further.

I am 39, divorced, have one child and have problems finding someone who doesn't expect a guy not to have kids. But, you are right, if you are 35+ and never married, what's wrong??? The truth is nothing is wrong, it was the choice at the time.

Getting blamed for anything by the ex's doesn't make sense, that's their issue not yours, but you may not know how to act because you don't have that exposure.

I would say you take the guys as they come and instead of making sweeping statements, you look at each individually.

The man of your dreams may be just around the corner, but he has a 13 year old.

Why don't black people have car insurance?

I suggest one to try this web site where onel can get rates from different companies: http://INSURANCECOMPAREQUOTES.US/index.h...

RE :Why don't black people have car insurance?
In Feb of 2008, my mom was driving home from work when her car was hit by a Ford F150 (that ran a stop sign and was driven by a black man in his 30s). I got to the scene, the police were there but they didn't issue a ticket, even though that driver had ran a stop sign. It was about 7 pm or so. We exchanged information and when I got home, I tried to call the guys insurance company (I should have called them while I was at the scene of the accident, but I was in a hurry and was just glad that my mom was fine). Anyway, turns out his insurance had expired long ago and he never bothered to renew it. When I called the police and the Department of Motor Vehicles, they said they couldn't help me. I tried to consult a lawyer, but I was told since there wasn't injury in the accident, it would be very costly to make the guy pay, and most likely, he won't pay since he was probably poor. Anyway, it took a lot of headache with our insurance to finally get the money (the car was totaled).

And, in 2005, I was working at a local grocery store. At around 8 or 9 pm, someone rushed in to the store to ask if the black Mazda MX5 was mine. They said someone had just hit my car. I ran outside and sure enough, the tail-light and part of the rear bumper of the car were damaged. The other car was a Chevy truck with a fat, black driver. I wanted to call the cops, but then I remembered that I had forgotten my wallet at home (didn't have my driver's license, ID). I was 17 at the time, so I made the mistake of trusting the guy who said we should just exchange info and his insurance would take care of everything. Well, it turned out he DIDN'T have insurance. I was told that he was from New Orleans and that the car belonged to his family or something and that he wasn't insured. Again, I ended up spending nearly a thousand bucks fixing my car on my own. So, I'm not being unfair in asking: Why is it that black people do not have insurance? It's not like they are rich and can fix things w/o insurance. Now, you may say that I'm being unfair and it's not just black people. Well, in both of those cases, it WAS black people who were both responsible for the accident and weren't insured. Am a right or am I being unfair?

Is the 350z a girls car?

I'm a guy and own a 350Z, I would REALLY have to say that since it is a hard core, no-nonsense SPORTSCAR (not a SPORTSCOUPE, like an Eclipse or Tiburon)....and therefore, more geared toward performance and handling and less so on luxury items and other things that many females would want, I WILL say the Z is more of a manly car, look at the car, the agressive lines speak for themselves!

Check out this webpage:

http://www.usatoday.com/money/advertising/adtrack/2002-12-01-nissan_x.htm

Excerpt from web page:

But consumers participating in Ad Track, USA TODAY's consumer poll, seem to be lapping up the Z ads.

Of those familiar with the spots, 24% like them "a lot" vs. the Ad Track survey average of 21%. And 28% of 30- to 39-year-olds like the commercials "a lot." That's important because Nissan is aiming the two-seaters at thirtysomething guys as an "affordable" sports car that delivers the performance of a $50,000 car for less than $30,000.

"Our target would be in his early 30s, well-educated, affluent with a real love of driving and getting out and doing things," Wilhite says.

Men like them better than women do: 28% vs. 18%. That's no surprise, Schwartz notes. "The Z is unmistakably a guy's car: 75% of the buyers will be men," he says. "I'm glad there's so many women who appreciate the work. But the mission is to turn on the guys."

Unless there’s some sorta medical condition involved, frankly would kinda ‘wonder’ about it, the same way as I would about a man in his 30’s who still lives with his mom. Especially if it places all the transporation burdens onto others. Besides, it’s a useful, if not essential skill in modern life, just like operating a phone or computer… and what are ‘ya gonna do in an emergency, wait around for Uber? That said, the famous sci-fi author, Ray Bradbury, among others, never drove. Of course he also made something of himself as an adult (and he didn’t live with his folks either).

I had a resident like this and for security reasons I will change his name to Clark. He was in his late 30s and had two teenage sons.Clark would come in to my office at least three times a week with a new complaint each time. He would sit in the chair across my desk and complain about a neighbor, damage to his apartment or the limited parking for twenty minutes. I would be patient and listen to him but nothing I would say would relieve his concerns. He would constantly repeat himself and finally decide to leave when my office phone had rang for the third time at least. Clark became known as one of my grumpy residents. After a few of his visits I started to get a little firm with him and would ask him to set an appointment with me if he wanted to continue his conversation because I was just too busy.Rumors started going around about Clark. Then, residents started complaining about Clark. I felt a smidgen of triumph. Clark will not be complaining so much now. Residents would say that Clark would sit in his car all night with loud music and beer bottles all around him. He would drink all night and sometimes fall asleep until the sun rose.I sent Clark a note regarding the complaint and did not hear from him for about two months. Finally one day Clark came in and started speaking to me in a different tone. In a less business-like and more friendly tone.“My wife died of cancer about a year ago. That is why I moved down here.” he said.He revealed how his wife had cancer and was bed-ridden and not eating. She was barely drinking any liquids. Clark went to work one day even though he noticed his wife was getting worse. As soon as he arrived to work he got a call from his teenage son that the ambulance was coming for mom. He quickly went home but was met with medical personnel and told that his wife had been declared dead. Clark was mourning.I empathized with him. We were both on the verge of tears as he continued on about his beautiful golden-haired wife, her strength until the end and his promise to always love and remember her.I became his friend and gave him someone to talk to. His two kids were teenagers and grieving by staying out with friends so Clark was all alone. His neighbors were busy with their own families and work was just unbearable. Clark needed a friend. I became that friend.

Is it ok to regularly use a car belonging to someone else who lives in another state, without transferring the registration and insurance?

Nope, that's not a good plan. And as you can see, a whole lot of people either didn't read or didn't understand your question.

If the son buys insurance in his own name on a car owned by someone else, he's wasting his money. If anything happens (accident, vandalism, whatever), the insurance company will refuse to pay any claims. And they'll get away with it, because the son has "no insurable interest" in the vehicle. He doesn't own it, therefore he's not legally responsible for it, therefore he can't claim compensation for it.

Insurance companies do this all the time. They'll write up an auto policy for someone, taking their word that the policyholder is the legal owner of the vehicle, and happily collect premium payments. Then when an accident happens months or years later, they find out that their customer doesn't legally own the vehicle. Doesn't matter if the owner is a family member, a friend or a total stranger, it's not the person who purchased the policy. Instead of sending a payment for the claim, they send out a registered letter saying they can't cover anything. And the letter includes the words "no insurable interest" every time. They'll even refer to the exact clause in the contract wording, in case a judge asks to see a copy of the letter.

Don't be that guy.
