With the budget of 15k in mind, I would certainly go for the Xperia SOLA. The Lumia 620 may come soon but it will take longer for the price to drop to 15k or lesser. If you don't mind waiting and want to try Windows Phone 8 you should wait and get the Nokia Lumia 620. Now, between current phones, the Xperia U can be thrown out of the list unless you REALLY want a front camera(believe me you won't use it even if you have 3G and skype, screen is too small). Xperia Go has a very small screen and the Android experience is not enjoyable. The competition is now between the Xperia J and Xperia SOLA. Here the is just one feature that differentiates them and YOU have to decide. Looks vs. Features. Looks - Xperia J aka the James Bond phone(Actually Xperia T but J is for mid-range market)very good looks, front facing camera,only SINGLE CORE 2010 MODEL SoC(System on Chip) light at the bottom which looks cool, JellyBean update, bigger 4" screen.Features - Xperia SOLA- has very good NovaThor Dual Core U8500 (Modern)processor which also makes battery life better, floating touch display, if you are going to root and install custom ROMs like me then no worry about update but Sony won't give official update. Currently no other phone is good in 15k range but, the Micromax Canvas HD 3 has QUAD CORE with very nice GPU and nice HD display also, so I would suggest waiting for that unless you are against cheap Indian branded phone, which I understand because battery life will suffer and build quality will be bad..(or maybe you have your own reasons) There you go, up to you to decide. Without rooting the mobile its impossible to install cyanogen mod unless there's an update for it.Step 1. Root your mobile.Step 2. Install twrp I.e, a custom recovery.Step 3. Dowmlaod the cyanogen mod 14 build for your mobile.Step 4. Goto twrp and clean or delete the system,cache and dalvik cache.Step 5. Go back to main menu and add the downloaded cyanogen mod zip file and flash it.Step 6. Wait for 10–15 minutes to boot up the phone, and you're done with CM14.

It was quite a good mobile at first.But later on it started having tons of problems…P#1 Bad CameraAt that time Sony claimed that it had the best camera but it's the worst! Snaps come out to be blurred.Though it has a 5Mega shooter it can be called as 2Mega.I really don't want to mention about the front camera!P#2 Very slowRam is approx 1Gb. Now a days even 2 Gb of ram is not enough….and its worst for multitaskingP#3 \U0001f50blifeIt has 2300mah battery.Battery can be drained from 100 to 0 percent in just an hour! High end games and apps are not good for this mobile.(I have not found any heating issue until now)P#4 OSE4 is still stuck in 4.4.4 it did not get any updates since the launch! (maybe 1 or 3 regarding the bugs in the interface but not the upgrade of Android..) I still get updates on some of the sonys applications but they are of no useI would recommend this phone only to those people who are just in the basics of Android and in tech. This mobile is quite durable (it fell in a tub of oil but got repaired still works fine!)P.s I'm writing all this with the same E4 which I'm talking aboutSorry for the grammar!
