Nodame Cantabile -- a very funny romantic comedy about students at a prestigious music academy. Chiaki is a perfectionist, neat-freak, gourmet chef, brilliant pianist AND violinist, but he wants to be a conductor. But he can't, because he can't stand to travel, so he can never get back to Europe to begin his career. He blows up at his piano professor who expels him, his girlfriend dumps him and he is so discouraged he wants to quit music. Nodame wants to be a kindergarten teacher. She burns everything she tries to cook, is a total slob, lives in a pigsty and CANT READ MUSIC! But she plays the piano in a carefree, lighthearted style that is better than anything he's ever heard. His new professor assigns him to learn and play a piano duet with Nodame and their romance is off and running! The anime is good, the live action version is even better. This has the world's most beautiful classical music BGM. If you like music at all, you will enjoy this.

Fruits Basket (I'm going to guess that you are going to get this suggested a LOT. I really like it. It's about a girl who finds out that a family is cursed and transform into the zodiac animals when tired or hugged...okay that was a terrible description, but it's very good, so definitely read it!) xxxHolic (A guy who sees spirits stumbles across a shop that grants wishes. He wishes to not see the spirits anymore, and in exchange for his wish being granted, he must work for the witch who runs the shop.) Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle (Read this along with xxxHolic-the two are interconnected which makes it even more interesting. A guy's best friend loses all her memories when they are attacked and thrown to another world. A witch who grants wishes gives him the opportunity to travel through worlds in order to find her lost "feathers" which hold her memories. In exchange, he must agree to give up all her memories of him....another terrible description on my part but a good read...) Deathnote (HOLY CRAP IT MAKES YOU THINK AND YOUR BRAIN HURTS LIKE CHEESECAKE!!! A young man finds a notebook that when you write the name of someone in it that person dies. He decides to use it to rid the world of criminals. However, the police deem him a criminal himself, so he must juggle avoiding being caught, figuring out the deathnote, and using the deathnote to create his new society....A BIG THINKER.) Bleach (A guy who can see ghosts becomes a Soul Reaper to protect his family......er, yet another good book with a terrible description...) Aaannd...The Good Witch of the West Haha...I just looked over my list and...I hope you like fantasy stuff....8D

Ok,so I've been searching everywhere for a good manga but I can't find one so I would like ur recommendations ! First I would like a manga somewhat similar to Gakuen Alice ya know like a school life Manga Next I might like a gender bender,one that's really funny and last for more than 1 chapter . Another type I would like is one with no ecchi in it.its not that I hate it but it could get annoying . Next I would like a manga that is mysterious like Black Butler. Any of these types would be fine so please give me the best manga u can recommend .
