Good Morning I Am Trying To Write A Letter To My Landlord Asking If My Daughter And I Can Adopt A

Can my landlord take my dog away for barking? tenant right, breaking the lease help!?

I moved into a new apartment 2 weeks ago and I just got a letter from the manager that I need to get rid of my dog within 3 days or he will.

What happened was, one of the neighbors complained about my dog's barking and scratching issue, and even called a police last week. I think my dog barked and scratched the door while I was gone for work. That time, the manager just gave me a warning. But the neighbor complained again yesterday. When I got my first warning, I took my dog to my parents house and left her there for a few days, and just brought her back yesterday. I don't know for how long my dog barked, but I was out from 3 pm to 10 pm. My dog didn't bark as I walked out and walked in.

My concern is, there's no way I'm going to get rid of my dog, and if I can't have my dog with me, there's no reason for me to live there. The only reason I moved there was because it was pet friendly. Now that the manager's threatening me, I would like to find a new place and move out. But then I would be breaking the lease. While I try to find a new place, can my landlord forcefully take my dog away? Also is there a way to break the lease without harming my rental credit and get my full deposit back?

Thank you!

My Neighbor Want To Take My Dog???PLEASE HELP??

Your puppy is your puppy whether this kid has Down's Syndrome or not. His Mother has no business coming over to your house to complain about anything. She should be teaching her Son that no means no, and also do NOT let this child feed your puppy anything. When you take the puppy outside to eliminate, do not leave it outside alone, and tell that child to STOP feeding your pup before it ends up getting sick from what it's being fed. That Mother CAN buy a puppy from a reputable breeder or a rescue group, but should never buy one from a Pet Shop because all those pups come from puppy mills. If this Mother buys a puppy, I'm sure her child will bond with it too. That Mother is the type of person who's doing her child no good, if she thinks this child is entitled to anything they want just because they have a handicap. Keep this pup under your watchful eyes at all times, and it isn't too young to be microchipped. If your Vet can't do it right now, there ARE other Vets that will do this.

Your typing is enough to drive someone insane. Please stop typing like that. This must be a pain in the butt for you, and also VERY difficult for others to read.

Neighbor with the barking dog?

A nice apology letter - written from the dog would be a nice gesture

Perhaps:

Dear nice people next door:

I am sorry that I have been barking a lot lately. Everythings is just so new and there are all these loud noises that I have been experiencing for the first time. I was trying to let you all know that a plane was going overhead, a truck was driving by, but yesterday my mom told me that you all knew these things. I am going to try better not to bark. In fact, instead of leaving me outside all of the time (see I was used to that living out in the country), my mom and dad are going to leave me inside. That should really cut down on the barking.

If I become too bothersome again in the future, please come talk to my mom and dad. They are really nice people and they love me a lot and we will all try to make sure that the neighbors (you guys!) are happy to.

Nice you meet you all - and sorry for all that racket!

love

Fido

And it's time to keep the dog indoors when you are gone. It isn't the country, you have neighbors now and you can't leave your dog outside whenever you are gone if he is making this much noise.

Crate training is NEVER too late to start!

Am I being unreasonable to not want the neighbors below me to play basketball in their apartment?

We're living in an apartment while our house is being renovated, and the family downstairs has a 10 year old boy they allow to play basketball inside for hours at a time. This family put in hardwood floors themelves and did it very poorly, so there is little shock absorbtion and every time that ball drops we can hear and actually feel vibration caused.

I work at home, and it's just destroyed my ability to think clearly. The whole reason we aren't living in our own house is that I needed a peaceful place to work while all the hammering was going on.
I mentioned it to the family briefly, and they said their son didn't have a place to play because the park he usually goes to a block away is under construction. He's got Asperger's and is hard to handle. He's home-schooled. I really feel for them, but at the same time, I don't think it's right to let your kid playing basketball in the apartment for hours and disturb other neighbors. We're spending $1400 a month on top of our mortgage and I feel like it's wasted because I have to go to the library to actually get any work done without going nuts. I don't want to get the landlord involved and cause a feud. Should I speak to them about this again, or just suck it up? What would you do?
