Good Music For A Thorpe Park Promotion Video

Are there nice things to do in Thorpe Park for someone who doesn't like adventurous, risky games?

I’d recommend Amity beach. It’s a lovely little, very shallow, ‘swimming’ pool. There are a few slides that lead into the pool that are fun. On top of that, depending on how much is too much, there (in order, getting more extreme as the list goes on). Also, to note, these are my opinions, and I don’t find spinning rides that scary but you might find them so I’d watch the videos and decide that way rather than just stop when you think one’s too extreme.Mr Monkey’s Banana boat ride - a simple swing ride that doesn’t go that high, about half a story not even I think.Rumba Rapids - one of those rapid rides that gets you anywhere between not wet to very wet. Nothing over meh but really fun and very tame.Flying Fish - A kid’s coaster that is short and slow but fun and easy to go on if you don’t like big scary stuff.Depth Charge - a large slide that you go down in a ring and don’t get wet.Storm Surge - a step up from depth charge but still rather tame. It’s a rubber ring ride that you can either get soaked or stay completely dry. It depends whether the effects are on and if anyone’s at the guns.Quantum - A magic carpet ride that goes in a circle and isn’t that high but really fun. Though, you do get that feeling in your stomach on this ride.X - the step up from flying fish, while being no where near any of the other rides. It uses strobe effects and loud music. Aimed for young kids who want a kick. Not too scary and is still a kid’s ride. I think it’s similar to space mountain. I chose a lights on video so you can experience what the ride’s layout is.Zodiac - A large, spinny thing.Rush - A large swing.Tidal Wave - a large wave.Vortex - a spinning ride that goes kinda high.

I wrote a complaint to Thorpe Park (A theme park)?

I was at Thorpe Park the other day, and me and my friends really regretted it for a numerous of reasons.

I decided to write a complaint to Thorpe Park, hoping they would consider my points and maybe work on them, but I'm also hoping that they may be generous enough to give us free tickets to go again, as I really would like to, but I don't want to risk us wasting £35 again.

Do you think they may give us our tickets back, and how long would you say companies would take to reply? Thankyou very much!

Am i too big for the Rides at Thorpe Park?

okay, so i love rides been to all the big parks in the uk, but ive always been worried i wont fit, so far its not happened, but im going to thorpe park tomorrow and i havent been in 2 years, and in that time ive put on some weight, im size 16-20 my chest size is 50'' and my belly is 50'' when standing and 53''-55'' when sitting, i know it says that it is 51'' torso restriction, but will i fit or not?
to be honest, its the seat belt ones im worried about, because i know they can be quite short..
please dont be rude, i know i am over weight but i am doing something about it..
if you have had these troubles before,
or have any useful information, id be very very grateful :)

How much did thorpe park cost to build?

Well it didnt really cost much to build cause over the years its got more rides/attractions etc.

But adding up the costs of the 4 main coasters.

Colossus £10,000,000
Nemisis Inferno £ 6,500,000
Stealth Cost £12 million
Saw the ride £13.5 million

Youre lookin at at least 30 million, Possibley with the other rides/ attractions over 90 million as the actually value of the park..

Hope this helps..

Can you use 2 for 1 vouchers for Thorpe Park on Fright Nights?

Advanced booking is for 28-31st only. you don't need to advance book for 22nd October.
The Whsmith vouchers have block out dates of 23-31st October.
I spoke to the booking office and they said that they couldn't see why the 22nd wouldn't be ok if the voucher says 23-31st but to phone Guest Services Support on 01932 577123 just to make sure.

I'm in the same situation as I also have the vouchers and want to use them on the 22nd but everytime I phone the guest service number no one answers. I hope you have more success and if u find out for sure please let me know.

Do people dress up on fright nights (thorpe park) best answer?

I've never been to Thorpe Park Fright Night but my brother has and he dressed up with his mates in a Halloween costume and he said that loads of people were in costume too!
Celebrate in style, it's part of the whole Halloween theme so ofcourse you should dress up :)
Have fun! :)

Thorpe Park: How scary is the Saw the ride line?

Ok so it may sound dumb but I'm going to Thorpe Park with some friends and I really want to go on Saw the ride (because the rollercoaster looks really good) but Saw Alive the horror maze has broken down and so apparently now alot of the actors from that will be in the line as you wait to go on the ride + I've heard that there is a bit before where you go in a room and people are being tortured and stuff :S so anyway how scary do you think it will be? I don't like that kind of stuff and I cant handle it if actors start grabbing me or whatever + do you think it's worth it for the ride?

Who is the most famous superhero (the one who gets the most movies, comics and animated shows)?

Spider-Man. Boom. Done.Ok ok, I’ll give you more.Batman moviesBatman (1989)Batman Returns (1992)Batman Forever (1995)Batman & Robin (1997)Batman Begins (2005)The Dark Knight (2008)The Dark Knight Rises (2012)Superman MoviesSuperman (1978)Superman II (1980)Superman III (1983)Superman IV (1987)Superman Returns (2006)Man of Steel (2013)Plus, of course, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.Spider-Man moviesSpider-Man (2002)Spider-Man 2 (2004)Spider-Man 3 (2007)The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)Plus, of course, his appearance in Civil War.So we’ve got 7 solo Batman movies, 6 solo Superman movies, and 6 solo Spider-Man movies. That’s fairly even isn’t it. It is, unless you count recent. If you count from 2000 onwards you get a different counting. You get 3 Batman, 2 Superman and (still) 6 Spider-Man.Batman & Superman were the most well known superheroes. For the longest time it was Superman, Batman, and a far distant Spider-Man as third. But then Spider-Man came out in theaters. Introducing him to millions more people. He was already growing in popularity.Growing up I read The Amazing Spider-Man, Spectacular Spider-Man, Web of Spider-Man, & (later on) Spider-Man. There was also Marvel Team-Up and he guest starred in other comics almost constantly. He was such a popular character that when Marvel stopped printing the UPC symbol on the front for DM comics they used his picture for a while. Granted, there has always been numerous Batman and/or Superman titles as well. This paragraph is only an addendum about the growing popularity of Spider-Man.The final proof is in merchandise sales. Spider-Man sells more merchandise than Batman & Superman combined. According to The Licensing Letter Superman’s global retail sales are about $277 Million, Batman’s is a respectable $494 Million. Combined together that’s about $781 Million, which is an absolute shit ton of money. Spider-Man though? Sorry DC, Spider-Man sells appx $1.3 Billion in merchandising[1]. That is one hell of a lead.Superman & Batman are both very popular and very well known. Once upon a time they were clearly the most well known super-heroes. Spider-Man has usurped them though. Between comics, cartoons, movies, & merchandising I am fairly certain that Spider-Man is easily the most famous of them all.Footnotes[1] Which Superhero Earns $1.3 Billion a Year?

13th Birthday Party ideas!?

A chocolate themed party

A candyland party

A "fun in the sun" party--make use of outdoors with games, water balloons, have summery theme to it

Have a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants party---(take a jeans-type item that all can share>>>take turns "owning" it for awhile and write about and share the experiences you have while that item is in your possession. Set a time limit as to how long each girl can have it....get together to keep meeting to exchange the item to the next girl and also tell what exciting things happened to you.

Make the decorations using jeans material, denim balloons with an accent color. Pass out diaries for girls to record their "activities" on with fancy, fluffy pens. Maybe all make a purse together? Or get a purse and decorate it with glitzy stuff. (I'd say get a pair of jeans but you might all be different sizes).....doing a T-shirt is another idea to pass around.

have food items easy to serve....maybe make a jeans cake or a t-shirt cake to match theme. Decorate with big cut-out question marks>>write on them: Where will the adventure take us?? What good luck will come my way?? A journey of surprises, etc.

Get a ball and with permanent marker write all kinds of questions (even ask girls ahead of time for some). Then at party toss the ball around: whoever catches it has to answer the question that their right thumb is touching--and then they toss it to another.

Play "Nope, Not Me...Never!".....give everyone bunch of candy pieces: first girl makes a statement then says "Nope not me, never" and whoever HASN'T done it has to eat one of their candies. Last girl who has the most left wins.

(Find whatever supplies you need at a dollar store first....don't have to go crazy with food and you can use any kind of fabric for a tablecloth if you need to. I think doing the denim idea is the best one...this way it binds you together on an "ongoing mission" to keep reporting back!
