What are some good songs about missing your best friend?
Everglow- ColdplayI lost a close friend last year, and i always miss him..lyricsWell, they say people comeThe say people goThis particular diamond was extra specialAnd though you might be gone, and the world may not knowStill I see you, celestialAnd I should but I can't let you goBut when I'm cold, I'm coldYeah, when I'm coldColdThere’s a light that you give me when I’m in shadowThere’s a feeling within me, an everglowLike brothers in blood, or sisters who rideYeah we swore on that night we’d be friends 'til we dieBut the changing of winds, and the way waters flowLife is short as the falling of snowAnd I’m gonna miss you, I knowBut when I’m cold, coldIn water rolled, saltAnd I know that you’re with me and the way you will showAnd you’re with me wherever I goAnd you give me this feeling, this everglowWhat I wouldn't give for just a moment to holdBecause, I live for this feeling, this everglowSo if you love someone, you should let them knowOh, the light that you left me will everglow

Good songs about backstabbing friends?
Thank You by Simple Plan its PERFECT!! lol lyrics : SIMPLE PLAN LYRICS "Thank You" I thought that I could always count on you, I thought that nothing could become between us two. We said as long as we would stick together, We’d be alright, We’d be ok. But I was stupid And you broke me down I’ll never be the same again. So thank you for showing me, That best friends can not be trusted, And thank you for lying to me, Your friendship and good times we had you can have them back Yeah! I wonder why it always has to hurt, For every lesson that you have to learn. I won’t forget what you did to me, How you showed me things, I wish I’d never seen. But I was stupid, And you broke me down, I’ll never be the same again. So thank you for showing me, That best friends can not be trusted, And thank you for lying to me, Your friendship the good times we had you can have them back When the tables turn again, You’ll remember me my friend, You’ll be wishing I was there for you. I’ll be the one you’ll miss the most, But you’ll only find my ghost. As time goes by, You’ll wonder why, You’re all alone. So thank you for showing me, That best friends can not be trusted, And thank you for lying to me, Your friendship and good times we had you can have them back. So thank you, for lying to me, So thank you, for all the times you let me down So thank you, for lying to me, So thank you, your friendship you can have it back

CLOSER - THE CHAINSMOKERSLyrics -Hey, I was doing just fine before I met youI drink too much and that's an issueBut I'm OKHey, you tell your friends it was nice to meet themBut I hope I never see themAgainI know it breaks your heartMoved to the city in a broke-down carAnd four years, no callsNow you're looking pretty in a hotel barAnd I, I, I, I, I can't stopNo, I, I, I, I, I can't stopSo, baby, pull me closerIn the back seat of your RoverThat I know you can't affordBite that tattoo on your shoulderPull the sheets right off the cornerOf that mattress that you stoleFrom your roommate back in BoulderWe ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderYou look as good as the day I met youI forget just why I left you,I was insaneStay and play that Blink-182 songThat we beat to death in Tucson,OKI know it breaks your heartMoved to the city in a broke-down carAnd four years, no callNow I'm looking pretty in a hotel barAnd I, I, I, I, I can't stopNo, I, I, I, I, I can't stopSo, baby, pull me closerIn the back seat of your RoverThat I know you can't affordBite that tattoo on your shoulderPull the sheets right off the cornerOf that mattress that you stoleFrom your roommate back in BoulderWe ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderSo, baby, pull me closerIn the back seat of your RoverThat I know you can't affordBite that tattoo on your shoulderPull the sheets right off the cornerOf that mattress that you stoleFrom your roommate back in BoulderWe ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderNo, we ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderNo, we ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderNo, we ain't ever getting olderWe ain't ever getting olderNo, we ain't ever getting older
What are some good songs about friends separating?
I've discovered that "Take a Bow" by Rihanna is really good. Yes it's a relationship song really but there's a story behind it for me. I had a best friend for about 5 years, BEST FRIENDS. I mean, literally. Well one day, at the movies, some things happened and when my mom came to pick me up I turned on the radio and it seemed like only sad songs were playing. I was bawling my eyes out the whole time then this song came on. "You put on quite a show, really had me going now it's time to go, the curtains falling closes and that was quite a show, very entertaining. but it's over now. Go on and take a bow." It symbolizes to me how you both had some really good times "Put on quite a show, very entertaining". You know? Also, "Yellow Taxi" by Counting Crows is pretty good. "You don't know what you go 'till it's gone." I don't know sweetie, this is a situation where pretty much any sad song will symbolize something, just put your music player on shuffle and have at it. I'm sorry to hear aout you and your friend. I know, it's hard. WAIT! Also, anything by Dido. "Here With Me" "Thank You" "White Flag" I don't really know your taste in music, I wish I could be a better help. I wish someone could have helped me when I lost my best friend. WAIT! Also, "Freshmen" by The Verve Pipe is really good. I don't know, these are just a few of the songs that get me going. They may not work the same for you.
What are good songs for best friends of opposite sex?
Todd Rundgren - Hello it's me. Old is gold. Nothing sappy or shallow. Downright sincere, not self-deprecating or miserable. Hello, it's me I've thought about us for a long, long time Maybe I think too much but something's wrong There's something here that doesn't last too long Maybe I shouldn't think of you as mine Seeing you Or seeing anything as much as I do you I take for granted that you're always there I take for granted that you just don't care Sometimes I can't help seeing all the way through It's important to me That you know you are free 'Cause I never want to make you change for me Think of me You know that I'd be with you if I could I'll come around to see you once in a while Or if I ever need a reason to smile And spend the night if you think I should It's important to me That you know you are free 'Cause I never want to make you change for me Think of me You know that I'd be with you if I could I'll come around to see you once in a while Or if I ever need a reason to smile And spend the night if you think I should Think of me... Think of me... Think of me
