Doe's school of phenomenal memory really work?

I'm asking this because, I read through most of their free ebook. I used some of the techniques in the book to memorize a license plate.

Best answer from actual students 10 points.

How do I memorize choreography quicker?

I'm 15 and I haven't really danced or taken much dance classes in my life. I joking beginning dance at my school and grew a liking for it. I recently got accepted to my schools dance team. They work really hard, literally 24/7 and they're known for how good their dance team is. Before dance camp, they require all members of the team to go to studios to pick up some choreography and experience. I went to a studio today and it was very… interesting. The dances and choreographers there and everything about it are absolutely great but it seemed that I couldn't keep up. Each class was and hour or so long. Most of the dancers there were able to keep up with the choreography and I get it, they have a lot of experience they should know how to do it. But learning it was quick. It took us 20 minutes to memorize the whole thing. To me it blew my mind how fast we should be able to learn it because I'm used to 3-5 days of learning a choreography but to them it seemed so easy. Every time we learned a certain part to the choreo, I got it, but later on it leaves me. My brain stores it in short term memory. How do you deal with this or put the dances in longer term memory? I've done some tips on line like doing the choreography fullout when it's first or handed or trying to not look at the choreographer but that only seems to work for my short term memory.
