firstly, im not quite sure you should remove it after only 3 months. i'd wait a little longer just to be sure. but if you've taken reeeally good care if it, i would think you'd be okay.

and yeah, those barbells are haaard to get off. the piercer screws them super tight on purpose, cuz if one ever came unscrewed and the barbell came out before your piercing was healed..you'd be...well...screwed. lol.

some tips on getting it off- you can try to hold the top ball using pliers to get a nice grip on it. most barbells unscrew from the top, so try that. another thing you can do if you dont wanna try the pliers, is to wear gloves when you try to unscrew it. it helps your grip alooot.

if you try and try and it doesnt work- dont stress. and dont resort to something crazy trying to get it off. if all else fails, drop by your piercer and i'm sure they'd take care of it for you, prolly even for free if youre lucky ;]

Choose your battles or what you will fight over. However I do not think it is a bad slutty, I like them if done tastefully. He is most likely worried that some guys will find you more attractive and he will have competition then or maybe lose you.

Whats the fastest way to get rid of a belly bulge?

First off, don't be self conscious.
Belly fat is common and you really don't have it bad.

The first thing you want to do is to stop eating so much.
It's the hardest but fastest way to get rid of belly fat. I would suggest drinking more water, it seems to help a lot and have 3 balanced meals each day (and an early dinner)
have small snacks between breakfast and lunch (granola, yogurt) and eat a smaller lunch and dinner closer together.
Example:
eat a big breakfast at 9 -> snack at 11-> small lunch at 2-> small dinner at 6-> and sleep at 11
Don't eat after dinner!
a small snack if you must between lunch and dinner, but nothing after, which always seems to be the hardest part.

As for exercise, do some form of cardio EVERYDAY.
For at home, if it is a video, jogging outside, whatever, do it everyday. Something that really helps belly fat is running. I would say at least 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours each day of the cardio.
Then at least 2-3 times a week, work out your belly fat. Crunchies do not work by themselves all too well, but after cardio, they burn fat fast.
So, what you can do at home is go for a jog for a half hour, come home and immediately work your abs. (The best ab workout for me at home is to lift your legs to a 45 degree angle, lift your soulders and neck, and pulse from a 30 degree angle to a 60 degree angle back and forth never touching the floor with your shoulders. Do that as much as you can)
If you can get to the gym 3 times a week, do the cardio you desire for 30 minutes, then use all the ab machines there. (the ones that work the best are the ones thats aren't too complicated) If you need any help at the gym, you can ask somebody you saw using the machine if you are doing it write, or you can ask a trainer how to use it (most of the time they won't mind one question or so.) Or of course you could get a trainer, and they would be the best help and the fastest way to burn the fat.
If your abs hurt for a full week after doing this 3 times a week, you are doing the right thing and you will be losing the belly fat if you keep up with it.
And make sure you do keep up with it! Thats the only way you will be happy with the results.
