How do you report a mentally unstable person?
In Maryland — check your local laws for how you should or should not handle this — you have to be an interested party. Some guy passing you on the street arguing with himself is none of your business. (He might be wearing a Bluetooth headset, you know.) But someone you care about, or someone you don’t care about but who is threatening you, or someone you see hanging out on a high ledge… you have an interest.If violence (toward you, any other, or the person himself) is imminent, you call the police, just as you would if you weren’t concerned for their mental health. The police can, if they see the need, petition the state directly for an emergency psychiatric evaluation, as can a physician, a psychologist, or a mental health professional of some other kind.If you’re just worried, you go to a judge and do what you can to convince them there’s good reason for your concern. They can issue an order to the police, who will pick the person up and take them to an ER.It happens sometimes that a person will persuade their friend to go to the ER with them. Please don’t do this. It may seem kind at first, and it probably is, but when you get to the hospital and your friend changes their mind? Now you’re the Bad Guy, and there’s nothing you can do about it.

i currently got tested positive for clamydia as well and they ask how many sexual partners you have had and the names.. they call the people but dont mention your name.. they make sure those individuals get checked out for chlamydia IMMEDIETLY... and its good to tell your ex.. you have to... i have had ONLY ONE sexual partner which means that one person gave it to me.. it is embarassing and it got me very angry .. to know that my ex of two years.. my first everything gave it to me.. but .. dont worry.. like i said they call those individuals and tell them to get checked out then they tell them who they have had sex with.. so your names out of it .. but you should tell your ex .. its only best.. its not right for others to know and go on without telling who ever may have it as well.. .. o and yes its very common its a bacterial infection in which gets cured... but i know now to never be so stupid and always stay protected!!
I have a friend that takes an antidepressant, zyrtec and singular and I found out she does cocaine also.?
Man don't jump on her for she'll only dig deeper because I doubt she understands what she is doing to herself, but you have to step in. Cocaine in EVERY damn way possible is the sickest, most vile drug out there. First, combat that use. And as someone mentioned, and I didn't know, if Zyrtec contains pseudo-ephedrine then that is a suuuuuch a horrible mix with cocaine. That's essentially speed and mixed with cocaine only raises risk of serious health consequences now, later, or death now. You have to explain that to her. Cocaine is not worth it, God it's not worth it.
Condom broke, really scared. please help!!!!?
ok soo while my boyfriend and i were having sex the condom broke. but we thought we heard someone so we stoped. but he was stilll inside of me. than he pulled out because we said were done. and thats when he noticed the condom broke:( but he wasnt like moving inside of me.he also didnt ejcualate. and since we heard someone we stoped so so he prob wasnt at climax. should i be scared? im 16 so i cant buy PLAN B. but can my boyfriend?hes 17. sooo yea....please please help!!..espically if there are any doctors!
About rabies,I am scared.?
I’ve heard that rabies patients are infectious before they show signs of illness.is it ture?if so. it's terrible.different people around you everyday.more or less you have to talk with strangers.if his sliva fly to your mouth when talking,is there any risk get rabies? I hope people in incubation period not infectious.I just come back from an asian country,someone sneezed next to me,I felt a little sliva spilt on my lip.if the people was bitten by a dog and didn't have PEP shot,am I at risk ?(he isn't show any symptom).please help me, thanks.
