Got Fat But Lost Weight

Im losing weight but my face is still fat?

I know how you feel I used to have quite a rounded face at first I noticed that exercise and eating well were not working and my face was still quite round even though I had lost alot of weight but eventually my face become very angular and it wasn't instant it was a gradual process. Don't worry just be patient you will eventually loose some of the weight off your face, it just depends on a persons body and natural shape how fast they loose weight from different areas. Also try not to eat to much food in one go even if its low fat food take time in eating throughout the day with gaps of at least 3 hours. Keep exercising! It is the key to loosing facial weight. Try facial exercises along side the normal exercises for example on the exercise bike pout while cycling keeping your cheeks in you'll feel yourself sweating a lot more around the face.

Good luck and stay healthy! =)

How to lose fat without losing weight?

First off, and most importantly, I do NOT want to lose weight. Not a single pound!!! However, I do want to lose fat, like on my stomach. There are a lot of people on here that have asked the same question I did, and all they got was advice on how to lose weight, not just fat. I've been doing twenty minutes of high impact cardio, weights, and forty minutes of yoga multiple times a week for almost two months now. I've toned up some, but I still have flab, and I don't have time to work out more than that. Will this eventually burn everything off? I don't want to change my diet, which is pretty healthy already, because I do NOT want to lose weight. I'm trying to maintain it right now, then gain some weight in a healthy way once I get toned up. So, how can you get rid of fat, without losing weight? I feel like I'm never going to get in the shape I want, no matter what I do.

If Superman got fat, how would he lose weight?

rofl... these answers are great. But... if he could lose weight so easily by just running or some other magnificent power he loves to demonstrate on tv, but not to his own public. *ahem* Wouldn't he just be anorexic by now? Instead, he always has a defined six pack, and enough meat on his bones to look like he already spends a great deal of time in the SuperGym. We have to eliminate the normal- what works for US routines. Hypothetically speaking.. if he DID somehow get fat.. I think he'd be up a Krptonian creek without a super paddle. :-( lol

Now that I lost weight my butt got bigger??? Why?

Congrats on losing the weight! my guess on this is that your waist is smaller so your butt looks bigger, rather than it just gaining weight.
Another thought: some people's butt and thighs are the last place to lose weight, so if you lost the weight by lifting weights, you may have lost all the fat everywhere else and gained muscle everywhere else except your butt, making it look bigger than it is. (But because you are a sprinter, this isn't as likely)
On the contrary, you could have lost the fat in your butt, adding muscle, and making it more defined and perky (kinda like when you lose weight in your breasts and they aren't as saggy)

Is it common to look fat even after losing weight?

That’s possible. Losing weight doesn’t imply losing fat - you can be lighter and fatter, with that result likely when you’re not eating enough. Diet and exercise can cause temporary swelling and water retention which can be mistaken for fat, and with normal hydration you’ll be less defined than when you’re dehydrated. You can still have a lot of fat at 158 pounds.I swell and pick up an extra 1–2 pounds of water which is noticeable after a 200 mile bicycle ride.Americans’ frame of reference for “fat” is wrong, with nearly 75% of adult men over-weight. You want to look at it from an athletic perspective. At 5′9.5″ and 135–137 pounds in peak cycling form 158 pounds would be an extra 18–20 pounds of fat on me. With different morphology and muscle development your specifics will vary, although comparisons with an average person will remain meaningless. If you’re interested in monitoring fat loss you’ll do better looking at things in addition to your weight. Watch where it accumulates, like your waist line measurement when you’re larger and what sort of muscle definition/vascularity you see when you’re leaner.

I got fat fingers? how do i make them skinny? lose weight?

Long nails will give the illusion of longer thinner fingers - especailly like a french manicure/or someother close to flesh coloured nail polish.

Also, could be just genetic. My skinny friend who is really beautiful - has big hands and funny looking feet. Every one has some kind of ugliness to bear in this life.... If it is just fat fingers - be happy it isn't alot of other things that could be wrong with the way you look.

I rejected a fat woman earlier, but now she has lost weight. How can I ask her out this time?

dude, theres no way to convince her your not shallow. you are. its not tlike shes changed on the inside and become more beautiful there too, which would be an ok reason to ask her out. what she looks like shouldn't have mattered before, so if you ask her out, i hope she says no. that is so messed up. i know if i were her i would say no in a heartbeat. don't try and convince your self that your not, because are VERY shallow.

I'm losing weight but my butt is starting to look flat?

I have lost like 16-20 pounds and i'm still chubby, but my butt is starting to look flat and gross. My butt was the only part of my body that i wasn't self conscious because everyone complimented me on it lol. So basically i've been losing weight on drinking green tea, drinking lots of water, protein shake in the morning and for dinner and having a really healthy lunch. i also exercise at home doing video exercises and lifting 5 pound weights and i also love dancing so i do that too. What can i do so my butt doesn't stay flat??
