8 or 10 team fantasy football league?
My buddies and I decided to put together a fantasy league that I am managing. The problem we have is that there is only 8 of us and I was looking for a 10 team league. However our rosters are currently set up to have 40 players on the team because of IDPs. 31 starters and 9 bench. So should we try to find 2 more or would this be fun with the 8 of us. Personally I am thinking of leaving it at 8 since we have so many players on the teams and since we are all friends doing this together and not with strangers.
How would you rate this Fantasy Premier League team?
I would give it 5/10.De gea/Valencia pairing is perfect. Mourinho will organize defence well and we can expect clean sheets from united this season. If pre season is anything to go by then Valencia has been excellent, plus under Mourinho he will have freedom to attack, we can expect assists from him. Apart from that rest of the defenders does not inspire much confidence, Morgan - I doubt Leicester's ability to keep clean sheets, same for Ake, Bournemouth will be fighting relegation this season as I see.It's too early to have Pogba in your team, we don't know where Mou play him, as No.10 or centre of the park? We don't know. Payet is good choice, Rest Fernando and Kante are DM, Kante had one goal last season and will Fernando get into Pep's team after Gundogan returns? I doubt.Okazaki is interesting choice but, after signing Musa Leicester will play Vardy/Musa combination and okazaki will play substitute role he played last season. Aguero is Best choice (Advice : Make him captain instead of okazaki).On subs : Ozil & giroud are good choices, both are proven FPL performers but giroud is very inconsistent as well, plus neither of them are fit.There is so much scope to improve this squad.
What is your team for the Fantasy Premier League 2018/19?
This is my team for the 20118–19 season of Fantasy Premier League.This is only my second year in FPL after the 2016–17 season. (I did not play last season)I have gone with the 3–5–2 formation.DEFENCE:In defence, I have got Robertson who was excellent last season for Liverpool along with the solid Azpilicueta. Jannik Vestergaard, a tall lanky centre-back was phenomenal while at Borussia Monchengladbach and he scored a lot of headed goals from corners and set pieces. Burnley’s Ben Mee was solid at the back last season so I have included him in my list. In goal Ederson is my first choice after a stellar first season and Fabianski is on the bench.MIDFIELD:Salah, the Golden Boot winner of last season, was a obvious choice but is very expensive. Sané and Son both starred for their respective teams last season and are my first picks in midfield. Granit Xhaka was consistent last season for Arsenal and Gerard Deulofeu is a good player but I have selected him mainly to balance the overall budget.FORWARDS:“Bobby” Firmino is one of my favourite players and he enjoyed a fabulous 2017–18 season so he is my primary choice as a striker. Wolverhampton's Jiménez looks like a promising player and is a cheap option along with Fulham's Kamara.(not very familiar with him)Hoping for a high finish this season.If you guys have joined some private leagues, do share the league codes in the comments section.Thank you for reading.
10 or 12 team fantasy football league?
I'm in a 10-team fantasy football league that is voting on moving to a 12-team league. For the most part our scoring is relatively standard. The main thing I like about 10 is that you can have a little bit of depth - 1 injury doesn't necessarily put you out of the running. Plus our existing 10 owners are a pretty good group. But - the added challenge of 12-teams is interesting, too. What do you think?

niether of the QBs are great, but u never know, cutler might step up or manning could go phsyco with the confidence he got from the super bowl RB- AP is a beast and if Johnson stays healthy he is a top tier guy WR-Maybe your weakest spot, Jennings is great and wes welker was good last year, but i think teams r going to focus on him this year and try to keep him quite, trade VJ, he isn't worth the annoyance he will cause because know he is number 3 for rivers (Gates, Chambers) so i don't think u can expect anythhing great from him TE-Clark is a solid pick probably second or third best in the league K-Pretty good, look around and see but not a nessacy change DST-the bucs are always at least middle of the pack so unless u can get like minniesota or San Diego don't try 2 trade them How'd did u gat AP with the 5th pick, somebody in your league is an idiot, but good drafting overall
