Have you ever randomly met an Indian celebrity?
Long post alert!!So, I have met quite a lot of celebrities, all serendipitously and most of the times in airports. Nasser- Jan 2016, met him so many times in the airport now. Down-to-earth celebrity. Hyderabad airport, rather in a flight.3. Prakash Raj- Feb 2016 at an event in Chennai. He is full of energy!4. Shankar Mahadevan- Feb 2015, at an event in Chennai, I went to the back stage, hoping to congratulate him on an amazing show. He was surrounded by 100 people like me. As I inched closer to him, he suddenly turned and said “hi”, I was shocked and expressionless. I took my phone and tried to click a pic with him, when he offered to click it by himself.At Music Academy, Chennai.5. Sneha and Prasanna- Feb 2016, at a movie theatre in Chennai, we didn’t realise they were seated right next to us until interval as we walked in fifteen minutes late.Escape Cinemas, Chennai.6. Music Director Thaman and in the background there’s Tammannah too :D, Apr. 2016, at Chennai Airport.7. A.R. Murugadoss- Aug 2016, we share the same birthday! At Hyderabad Airport.8. Venkatesh- Aug 2016, he waited patiently while I took a minute extra to click this picture. At Chennai Airport.9. Sathyaraj aka Kattappa, June 2017, long story, met him at Coimbatore Airport. This happened just last week.10. Nani- Feb 2014. He was watching a movie at Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai, and I suddenly realised he is the actor of the movie I was watching. He obliged to take a pic.Apart from this, I have missed out on several other celebrities- S. Janaki, Surya and Unnikrishnan, who I have met and clicked pictures with in a traditional camera and have prints of. Sadly not able to spot the album with these pics. Once I do, will post the story.
