How do you add your own music to Gta vice city on pc?

You can add your own music for radio named "User Tracks"

In the GTA VC folder, there is a folder named 'mp3',
just add your files of mp3 and go in your vehicle( in your game)

How can I fix GTA: San Andreas crashing when I switch to the 'user tracks' radio station?

The game crashes because it’s told to open a file and play it, and either the file isn’t a format that the game can play, the file is encrypted and it can’t be played because the game doesn’t have a decrypt key, or the device (hard drive, network path) that holds the file cannot be accessed. In all of these cases, the game is given a task that it cannot complete AND it has no error correction to recover from. So it crashes. So, to troubleshoot your problem:Make sure all your music is the same format, whatever the game is equipped to handle, but be consistent. Remember, this is a game, and it has a lot more to deal with than just playing your songs. So you might need to cut back on bitrate or change to a lossy format like MP3. It’s supposed to be from a car radio, after all, so you don’t have to be picky about fidelity.Make sure you’ve no encrypted music in the playlist or user tracks folder path. Again, while iTunes or Spotify can play your tracks because they have your decryption key, the game does not, and it doesn’t call these services to play your songs, it only knows how to play them directly. If some of your user tracks are encrypted, you can always write them to an audio CD, and then re-rip them in the format GTA:SA can work with.If you’re trying to stream music off a network device or an external disk, make sure that the drive path is connected, always. The game sees this as a local device, so if it ‘goes away’, the game treats it as hardware failure and goes casters-up. If your USB stick disconnects randomly or your networked music stream system sometimes glitches, MOVE or COPY the tracks to a folder on the same drive as the game, and play them from there.
