Moon sign and eyes description?

Does the moon have an influence on your eyes?I've read that somewhere but I am not sure.

I have noticed though hat Cancer moon people have some kind of warmth in them and sweetness in their eye,like Cancers.

So what about other eyes.What moon signs have you noticed?

What about Scorpio moon,I know it's not the same as the Ascendant but I only have a Scorpio moon and once a friend of mine asked me not to look at her cause it made her uncomfortable,XD.

But I don't have the same stare.
Anyway,what about Pisces moons?Have you noticed that they have the dreamy look in their eyes despite only having Pisces in the moon?

How can I stop thoughts while meditating?

First and foremost, DO NOT try to stop the thoughts. Thoughts are like quicksand. The more you attempt to get out of it, the more it will pull you in.You have to learn to accept it.Here's what actually happens...Suppose you start meditating, and its going on well and you are happy that you are progressing and improving in it. Then, suddenly a song starts in your mind and you start feeling irritated. You try to concentrate intensely on your breathing which makes the matters worse. The song doesn't seem to get off your mind no matter how much you are trying. And you just quit concluding that the song didn't let you concentrate.What can you do the next time this happens?You are concentrating on your breath and the song just starts.Accept the fact that its playing without your intention and its perfectly fine that its happening. Do not get distracted.Now the main part. Try to zoom out from the song. By that I mean, try to imagine a wave in which the song is playing. The wave is moving according to the tones and tempo of the song. Watch it for around 5 seconds or until you have convinced yourself that the song is a separate entity.The easy part now is that you imagine the whole of wave to just pass through. Do not do anything else. Forget about the breathing part for a while and just do this. Just as a cloud passes by, imagine the wave passing by and gradually disappearing from your sight.Guess what! You have successfully fooled your mind. The song will just vanish from your mind. And if again it plays, again do the same. I bet you that it won't start again after sometime. Meditation is just this. In our everyday lives, we feel anger, jealousy, hatred, negative thoughts, anxiety which grip us from no where and we start assuming it is happening to us in actual. But the fact is that its our mind which is doing it. All these emotions are just like that song. The moment they appear, you just OBSERVE them passing by and they will disappear leaving you with happy, optimistic state of mind. Meditation is not just that 20 minutes at the start of the day. It can be done the whole day. And it is this simple. Just observing what our mind shows us and filtering them. Good luck!!
