Can't draw without guidelines.?
I don't see anything wrong with using guidelines. They help construct your drawing and keep things in proportion. Of course, it's not necessary to use them if you don't want to. If it's a matter of having to go back and erase them, try drawing them lightly, or even lighter. You don't even have to erase them at all, depending on what you're doing. (Sometimes they can be covered up.) Try taking two pieces of paper, and drawing the guidelines on one darkly. Place the second paper on top, and draw in your details. Then you can just keep the top and throw the bottom. Your fellow artists can probably "draw with ease" because they practice. You've probably already heard the expression, "Practice makes perfect." You may have been trying for a while, but keep at it, and you'll eventually learn how to mentally put things in proportion. This applies to anything in life, whether you're drawing, playing a sport, or etc. Don't completely abandon guidelines though. Perhaps experiment with a different way of breaking figures down. (i.e. use different shapes, method...) Look into the ways other artists begin their work, and adapt their techniques into your own style. Good luck, and practice, practice, practice!

Build a road to it then use the worker to build a outpost. It consumes the worker. Otherwise, build a city by the resource then when the city's zone of control covers it you own it. Make sure it is connected to a city by a road in any case.

What are the risks of getting a tattoo up your spine?
I haven't really heard of any risks particularly on your spine, but you can get ink poisoning and diseases if the needles aren't new and the place isn't clean no matter where you get your tattoo. I have a butterfly on my spine right below my neck, and yes the spine is a painful place to get a tattoo. Overall, I thought it all pretty much hurt the same,.. but i can deal with pain so i really didn't think it was that bad. I decided to get a butterfly because it symbolizes a new beginning, or at least that's what it said when i looked it up. So i honestly feel sorry for her. Not really her but for girls like her. I was seeing who she was and i was on her twitter and it just reeks of low self esteem. Like i saw some picture of her when she was bigger. Then another where i guess she lost the weight and had small boobs (which she said was far less attractive) and one with her enhanced boobs. I mean she alright looking but it kinda makes me mad and sad that this is the way girls think. Like she probably see's all the attention she's getting from guys as good when in reality shes just an object and a joke. Like she posted something about a football player and she actually seemed like she knew what she was talking about but she had to sexualized it to get anyone to watch. Its pretty sad to me because a lot of girls are like this. Like they will hide their personality (which probably gets them few but more genuine attention) and be sexual and get lots of ungenuine attention.
