How do i say guy in japanese?
otoko (man). Try not to use it when talking about some guy if you want to be polite. otoko no hito. Nice way to say "a man". (otoko no ko) possibly what girls call boys in their class if they're being nice or recently infatuated yatsu (say it like yats). Sounds a bit gangster or cool in the right context. Somewhat like f**ker. kare (say it like ka-rey). "He/him". Or sometimes "boyfriend"
WEIRD GUY IN MY JAPANESE CLASS HELP???!!?
Be especially careful. He might be a weeaboo. Or worse, an ephebophile. Many people take Japanese classes not because they're particularly interested in real-world Japan. Instead, they're interested in their comics and animated works, and the stories and fantasies that those works convey. Many of them involve cute teen girls like you, either as protagonists or as objects of attention and even desire. Guess what, a large number of them anime fans have unattainable fantasies regarding high school girls. He might be all the nice guy he claims to be, but still: DON'T TRUST HIM. Don't trust his intentions. Don't give him your address or phone number. Remember that you're too young for that crud, that you're not his toy, that you're not an anime girl, that you're a real person with real feelings and you should be respected. If you don't like him, don't be afraid to tell him to go away. Tell him that he's weird and he scares you. If he doesn't respect you, call the police. Even if you happen to like him, don't let him get too close. Meet him only at places where there are other people, people who can defend you if he tries something naughty. Refuse to do anything out of the ordinary, until you're absolutely sure you can trust him. If he actually cares about you, he should understand and respect you. If he actually has any kind of genuine feelings for you, he will wait for you until you're old enough to know better and make a choice about him.
Why Are Japanese Guys so...eh?
I went to Tokyo over the summer and met some people there, and has anyone notice a big difference between Japanese guys and girls? The girls are so talkative and nice, and the guys are so...quiet. you watch japanese shows and dramas seeing these dramatic or hilarious guys, but when you see regular people, they just keep their head low and go on with their lives...the only exception are japanese buisnessmen that work overseas, they are very friendly to people so what gives? are they only comfortable around other japanese? (i am chinese, speak a little japanese) i don't get it, is it shyness? keeping face? Is this only in Tokyo, what about the suburbs/country side? what do you think? I know when i went to China, the guys speak their minds, even to complete strangers...
Are Japanese really rough guys before WWII?
They were mostly a peaceful people. It was after entering service they became violent. They were not respected by there officers and were violently beat for the smallest infraction. Officers turned their head to violence dealing with civilians and soldiers that had surrendered. Japan had been at war since the early 30’s so death was around them growing up. Civilians in Japan were taught how to fight from a young age.
Do Japanese girls/women like white guys?
. Japanese Women are OBSESSED with Black men!!! It is insane, they just go CRAZY for them! They run around and sleep with ANY black guy they meet! AND,... they go out looking for them too!!! Any black guy regardless of looks, intelligence, or any other thing can walk out into Japan and be greeted with hoards of Japanese women begging to sleep with them! Its just a FACT! I've been to Japan and I've seen it!!! They won't even LOOK at a white guy! Let a black guy show up and their panties will hit the floor! Its just how it is! They are fanatically obsessed with black guys! A LOT of them try to dress, talk, and act like what they think "cool" black people do. They have no idea that LOTS of black people don't live in the ghetto, or are just like everyone else! They think Black guys are like sex gods, and they line up to serve their every desire! Its pathetic really! Japanese girls DON'T like white guys, they've brainwashed themselves into thinking all white people are lame, and ALL black guys are the coolest thing that ever existed! They even have a term to describe Japanese girls, and relationship with black men,... They are called "yellow cabs" because any black guy can essentially hop on one, and ride her at any given moment or time. The japanese think every black guy is a rapper and they give them "rock-star status" and they run around like groupies hopping that they'll get to sleep with a black guy ANY black guy!!! Its well known, just like those Military guys that told you! I was also a US Marine, and believe me it is VERY TRUE!!! I was stationed in Iwakuni, Japan and you could go anywhere, Hiroshima, Iwakuni, Osaka, Tokyo, Yakuza, Okinawa, its the same everywhere!!! Talk to ANYONE that's been to Japan, they will say the same thing!!! Some white guys get lucky, its rare though. Because generally young attractive Japanese girls are looking for black guys to sleep with!!! And some of the older one's too! Its actually really sad they way that they behave,... They're perfect ladies, then they see a black guy, and their suddenly w**res!!! That's how it is!!!
Do Japanese women like middle eastern men?
Any thing is possible...BUT I'd say Japanese women are going to shy away from you. First off you're not 'white or black' which they see as 'good' foreigners. You'll have a harder time finding one that will be into enough to even find out your not Muslim but it's still not impossible. What you really need to consider is- are the type of women who will be interested in YOU, going to be the type of women YOU'RE interested in? Bar Bunnies and wild girls aren't usually the type of girls that the guys coming in are looking for (well unless you're just coming for a series of one night stands)- if you're looking to get serious then it WILL be harder to find a 'good' girl. Introductions from friends will get you a lot farther then hooking up at a bar. Depending on how old you are and what age girls you're looking for- you might consider looking for girls that you might share common interests in. (Bookstores if you're a bookworm- art galleries if you're into art) This will probably help your cause- since most (if not all) Japanese women tend to be fairly critical of the foreigner men looking for Japanese women but hanging out drunk at a bar will hurt you. Again- depending on your age- college students will be more open to getting to know you since they can practice their English as well, but it might be harder to hook up because they tend to have busy schedules.
Do Japanese Guys Like Tall Foreign Girls?
This may seem like a weird question but I'm very curious. I am a 16 year old girl and am 5'8, nearly 5'9 and am the tallest among most of my friends (in Ireland). For some reason, i have a thing for Japanese guys!! I'm going to japan for a month next year and then hopefully later in life, I'd like to live there. So my question is: will i seem way too tall in Japan? I know that not all Asians are small despite the stereotype and that a lot of Japanese guys are around 6ft but most of the women are really small so will it seem weird for a girl to be tall? I would really like to make some Japanese friends and it would be a bonus if i could even get a boyfriend! Btw, I'm not being really shallow. I know that most decent guys don't date girls based purely on appearance but I'm just wondering. Also, as i said, I'm pretty tall for my age (in Ireland anyway). I'm also a brunette, have blue eyes, pale skin, am thin-ish and am quite smart. I'm also learning Japanese so i should be able to hold a conversation What do you think? Thanks in advance!
Do Japanese guys like dating foreign girls?
I am a foreign woman in Japan.Dated and married a Japanese guy for several years, and dated several others after him.As a result I am not dating Japanese men at the moment, and the answer to this question has to do with it.I have lots of Japanese friends who refer to me as ‘gaijin’ it actually stands for outsider, but they use it to widely to mean foreigner.I get asked a lot if I would date a Japanese man. It seemed weird at the beginning because for me they were just men. Well, their question had a downside, because in fact they would not date a foreing woman themselves. And when they say foreign they mean white. And when they say date, they mean commit.I had friends telling me they would not date or have a serious relationship with a white woman, as they put it, because:They would stand out too muchThey would not be able to look at their pretty white faces and focus on anything elseThey would have a hard time controling themWhite women wear g strings and that is what prostites wearWhite women shave there and that is what prostitutes doThey would have to make an effort to communicate (not language barriers, but cultural ones)Yes, Japanese men love dating foreign women for fun, as long as they can brag about you to their friends, as long as you can subordinate to their rules of not holding hands in public, not kissing, even on the cheek in public, not meeting more than once a week, not communicating very often, and in an ultimate instance, not trying to be foreign on them, which means that as long as you are willing to act like a 100% Japanese woman they are ok. And Japanese women do not ask for anything, but anything in return. What I have stated above is years of asking very good friends and working colleagues when we went drinking what they actually thought, because unless under the influence of alcohol they would not actually have the power to state what they believe. It does not apply to all of course, but this is my experience with men aged 25–35 doing rather well in their carreer, and having lived most of their lives in Tokyo or nearby. I would like to state I do not believe it applies to all, but it is just my decision to stop dating Japanese men, even the ones who have been raised overseas because of the immense cultural differences and other huge compromises I would have to make.
I've seen a lot of Korean guys in relationships with Japanese girls, but not the other way around. Do Japanese men have a bad reputation in Korea?
If you are talking about IN S KOREA, then that would be the norm. In general, it is much harder for men to settle overseas than women. Not only Japanese men but all men. The reason is that men are seen as the breadwinners, even in this day and age. Women, on the other hand, are seen as homemakers and supplementary income earners. Of course it is hard to get a good job in a foreign country unless you are able to know the language very well, so many men wind up going back to their home countries while the women get married and remain. In New York where I lived, nearly all the "local Japanese" were women married to local men with good jobs. Of course there were exceptions, but in general that was the rule. This was true for many other immigrants as well - usually for those from wealthy countries. This, I suspect, is one major reason for what you see.
