Frankly speaking, Micromax service isn't good. Guys at service centers don't treate consumers properly. Actually, they don't help properly. Micromax is aiming on production of devices to sell only not to repair. Availability of parts is very bad.Next question: Obviously samsung galaxy s3 neo is a better device between both. I hate Micromax (due to their service, camera quality). I don't even like Samsung as all phones have same design. Micromax is going to change our Indian minds and thoughts about it by launching a new company Yu Televentures. Its first product YUreka is far much better than other devices. Best phone under 15000. Many qualities packed in one device. I am personally using it. I love it as it comes packed Cyanogen Mod 11S. Recently we got lollipop update CM12 64bit ROM which is the first 64bit ROM ever.
