What colour prom dress will go with purple hair?
o.O Most interesting question i've seen today Anyway, let's look at the color wheel, as i've told someone else. There's Red Blue and Yellow as the three main (primary) colors. Secondary colors include a mix of the primaries. Those are Purple, Green, and Orange. So in order you'll get: Red, Purple, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange. Complementary colors are opposites. You wear those colors if you want them to stand out. The opposite of green is red (Christmas colours). The opposite of purple is yellow. Yeah, I don't think you'd want those. xD The analagous colours are the ones next to eachother. Those could be purple and blue. Therefore, your best choice (imo) is blue for purple hair although purple and green is a nice choice, too. However, make sure you get a blueish green dress instead of a yellowish green dress. Blueish green is closer to (dark) purple on the wheel. What unnatural hair color to dye my hair with a purple prom dress?
My prom dress is a dark purple and I like to dye it unnatural colors but I'm stuck on what to choose for prom. I'm planning on wearing silver shoes and jewelry. I was thinking maybe a snowy white, with an ombre of midnight blue but I'm not obsessed with the combination. Thanks!!

Makeup tips: purple prom dress...?
I have dark brown hair that will be in a sort of side ponytail curled and its long. my skin is from olive to fair ish. my dress is "grape juice" according to the tag but its a jewel purple to describe it better. what makeup should i use? i have brown eyes> so maybe browns/plums to accent that or should i use light metallic golds or champagnes..any help/tips appreciated. come up with any ideas, thanks =]

Any color can work well if chosen/worn right. That said, I think black is a really nice color for a prom dress. It's unique and easy for a date to match with.I'm going to my school's prom later tonight, so I haven't seen my date in her dress yet, but this is a picture she sent to me. I think it's beautiful, and the black makes it easy for me to match my outfit to.

try using a silver liquid eyeshadow, plenty of black mascara, and clear lip gloss. i suggest clear nail polish with glitter or a regular french manicure. eye make up is a tough call since i dont know the exact tone of the dress. i also suggest deep blue, sleek purple color eye shadow. hope i helped and i hope you have an absolutely amazing prom!!!!
