What are some products that can make my hair look voluminous?
I use a product called Dove root lift spray for fine hair. I spray it mostly on the roots when damp while i hang my head upside down but also some on the sides And my bangs. Then I blow dry the middle and a bit on the ends (my hair is pretty long), then I flip my head over and finish rough drying. I find rough drying gives me way, way more volume. This is my everyday routine with a bit of flat iron for any stay spots and for my bangs.If I want mega volume for using my curling wand, flat iron, hot rollers or my curling iron I also add a ton of mousse. Then I add a strong hairspray when I'm done. But as your hair is wavy you might not need this.

it depends the gel shouldn't cause you to lose hair especially since its not a hardening gel when i use hardening gel if i put to much then i let me hair get wet when i take a shower before i run my fingers through it to prevent tug your seventeen and really it can happen to someone at 13 but i doubt your balding but its a possibility the main question is:are the places where your hair has fallen out has it re-grown at all and the second question is:what places are you losing hair is it just the top or all around the third question:what places did you apply the gel and finally:are the places losing hair are they noticeable If YES:meaning you have bald patches all over you head then i would save shaving your head would be a good idea you don't have to go BALD BALD just get a buzz-cut to even it out what i think happened is that hair gel weakened your hair and damaged it causing it to fall out if i were you i wouldn't go to a barbershop but a hair salon to ask them that and if im right what kind of shampoo to use to repair your hair

try different shampoos to see what works for you.... and try blow drying too. it keeps it shiny and gives it more volume.
