Hair Styles For 13 Year Old With Medium Length Hair

What kind of hairstyles do 13 year olds get? Kind of a stupid question...but can you think and guess? Thanks..

A lot of 13 year olds get side bangs.

Sexy hairstyles for a 13 year old?

Im 13 also and its ok to be sexy but remember just not trashy!! and I have relaxed hair cause my hair was very kinky. If your black this is a good type of hairstlye that's cute

I am 19 years old. My face is round and has a thin hair with medium length. Which haircut should I choose to not look fat?

I also have a very round face. In my experience, I have found that any length above the chin will make the face appear wider. Keeping the hair longer than chin length elongates your face shape and makes it look more oval. I normally keep a face frame in my hair as well to shadow my “double chin area”. As far as your hair being thin, I would suggest some layers. Layers make the hair appear a lot thicker!

What haircut is best for a 14 year old boy?

A fourteen year old boy or girl should be able to wear whichever hairstyle s/he may choose. My reasoning is this: you can't learn what you like best except by trying it and seeing how you feel, how you look, and the relative ease of caring for it. For example, does long hair bother you when it falls in your face? When it obstructs vision? Is long hair more likely to pick up lice? Is it hard to wash? Does it annoy you when you sleep? Does it catch in the frames of your glasses? Can you only wear it in a ponytail so it doesn't get in your food? Is it too hot on a hot summer day? Does long hair keep you warmer on a cold day in winter? Is the cost, water usage and time in the shower to wash it using shampoo and conditioner excessive? How long does it take to dry? And what about short hair? Is the style easier to wash and wear? How often must you cut it? Is the cost of keeping it styled (as you like it) while it is short excessive for you? Must you wash and style it every morning to avoid 'bed head'? Do you have to use hair products to keep it styled? If so, how do you feel about that?!So you can see there are many aspects of long or short hair, and positives and negatives of various lengths and styles -- and  so you must use trial and error (or consult with a pro) to find what works best for you.

Would you force your 12 year old son to cut his shoulder length hair?

No. We let our son grow his hair with 2 conditions: he kept it clean and he didn’t let it hang in his face. Even though I got “looks” and questions from others, (including grandparents), we didn’t forbid him to have long hair. After a few years of this, a negative comment of someone at school prompted him to decide to start the school year with a new, shorter look. Soon after, he got involved with ROTC and cut it even shorter. He looks fabulous with his clean cut short hair. It emphasizes his features and he’s a very handsome boy.I told him many times that clothes and hair are temporary things and can be changed as you change your mind. Tattoos and large holes in the ear lobes are things that should be avoided because they are not easily changed. At 12, there are much more important things you might need to influence than a boy’s hair. I’d save the conflict for really important stuff like whether or not he should have a girlfriend and why it’s important to develop good work/study or personal hygiene habits.Good luck!

What is the coolest haircuts for 50 year old women with fine, short hair and round faces?

You should aim for a shoulder length style - long hair suits you best and will lengthen face. Loose barrel curls or sweeping of hair with soft edges. You should avoid too much volume at the sides of face, rounded or structured bob styles .Oprah Winfrey has a round shaped face. There is more info about this on our blog.

Should I let my 13-year-old dye her shoulder-length hair ombré pink? She wants to look like a cartoon character from her childhood.

Check her school to make sure there are no rules against it. If not, and she’s good kid who keeps up with her schoolwork and household chores, sure, why not? It’s not a permanent change. Hair grows out.If she isn’t a good kid who keeps up with chores and homework, then tell her you’d be more open to going along with her crazy ideas if she she improved on that front :-)As for the cartoon aspect, as long as she doesn’t think she’s actually that character, there shouldn’t be an issue. Many happy, successful people dress up as cartoon and movie characters as a creative hobby. Anime in particular has some really beautiful character designs that people get inspired by.

How to style hair and makeup "scene" appropriate for 13 year old girl?

Ok, well I don't want to sound like a poser or something, but I like the way some of the scene queens style their hair and makeup. I'm thirteen, so nothing too "out there." My hair is cut in many short, choppy layers and is an inch or two past shoulder length and it is naturally light brown/reddish. I wear pencil eyeliner every day, but not a lot. This is the kind of look I like:

Also: Is there any temporary black hair dye that is easy to put in and wash out every day AND does not make your hair all stiff and icky or greasy that you can buy easily? And is there a color that I could dye my hair that is appropriate for me and my mom would probably not disagree with that would still make me stand out in a crowd but not stand too much out?
