Halo 2 - Singleplayer Fps Drop Help

Halo Reach - Remove player from Party?

Hey I was just playing 2 player on Halo Reach but my buddy went home. Now I can't remove him from my Party list.

When i turn off his controller it just says to reconnect but doesnt remove him from the party.

I can just restart the whole system with the controller off, but there has to be an easier way to remove players from your party when you wanna play solo again.

thanks in advance.

Can I play Halo 5's single-player campaign offline?

I know this is a silly question but with all the talk with "drop in drop out co-op" it sorta has me worried. I don't want it to turn out like Destiny: has a single-player option that could be played solo but required an internet connect in order to play.

In which order should I play the Halo games?

Chronologically, it's Halo Wars, Halo Reach, Halo Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 ODST, Halo 3, Halo 4, Halo 5 and Halo Wars 2.Order of release, Halo Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Wars, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, Halo 4, Halo 5, Halo Wars 2.Halo CE, 2, 3, 4 and 5 is the main Halo story, following Master Chief Petty Officer John-117 from Installation 04 through Earth and the Ark, then onto Requiem and beyond. The Wars series is based around the UNSC Phoenix class colony ship Spirit of Fire, from the fighting on Arcadia to a shield planet and the Ark. Halo ODST is the story of the Rookie, an ODST who is lost in New Mombasa after a botched drop. Finally Reach follows Noble Team, a SPARTAN III team, in their fight against the Covenant during the last days of Reach.

Why can't most Call of Duty players transition to Halo?

If i understand you, take a short awnser:Not everyone has a Xbox, and Halo does not have real guns.Enough said.

Has Multiplayer ruined Video Games?

I don't consider Video Games to be "ruined" in any way, shape or form. Video games as an industry is booming, and we have access to more games now than ever before. We can get indie games, AAA games, free to play, pay to play, buy to play and everything in between. And we're still able to play the old games we loved if we want to.

I don't think $60 is a waste if you want a game solely for the multiplayer. Multiplayer has more replay value than singleplayer. So as long as the multiplayer is fun, you are getting a better return on your investment spending $60 on a great multiplayer experience where you get hundreds of hours of gameplay vs. a $60 singelplayer game where you can only do a few playthroughs before you have completely mastered the game and are bored. There's absolutely zero reason to pay full price or $60 on a single player game. Wait til the game goes on sale and then buy it, you aren't missing out on anything because the game has no multiplayer.

I agree that Halo had great single player campaign and also a great multiplayer, and co-op mode as well. And also agree that this type of game has become a rarity. Even within Halo series itself. BF3 has single player and co-op and awesome multiplayer. However the singleplayer is only worth 1 playthrough and is pretty short, and same for the co-op, just playthrough once or until you get all the unlocks. As far as COD, the game is just too easy all around. The singleplayer was never anything special and the multiplayer has always had a very low skill ceiling.

In my opinion the best multiplayer games have been and always will be games that are exclusively multiplayer. By the same token, I think the best singleplayer experiences I've had were in games that are only singleplayer. For example, games like DOTA and Counter-Strike have great multiplayer and no singleplayer to speak of (unless you consider bots). And games like The Elder Scrolls series have the best single player, and don't bother with multiplayer. There are a few that do have both and that do both well like: GTA4, Minecraft, AC brotherhood, and AC revelations.

So the only way I think anyone would say "muliplayer has ruined video games" is if they are ignorant. No offense, but games have had multiplayer since their inception. Even "Pong" had multiplayer.

Is halo reach heroic mode really hard?

Lol that's a strange question to ask.
Honestly saying it's your first time doesn't give much info because you might be really good or really bad at the game.

You're best bet would be to try a level on Legendary just for the extra challenge and see how you do.
If you like it continue it, if not then drop down to heroic or normal etc.

How many Halo games are available?

The Halo series expanses a total of eleven titles, spanning across three different game genres. The first, and biggest, group is the First Person Shooter title set. This group encompasses the main series of the game: Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 4, and Halo 5: Guardians. From there, there are two spinoffs, both of which are First Person Shooters: Halo: Reach and Halo 3: ODST.From here, we have two Real Time Strategy games named Halo Wars and Halo Wars 2.Finally, there are two Twin-stick shooters: Halo: Spartan Strike and Halo: Spartan Assault. And that's all there is to the series that rewrote the standards of and defined the FPS genre, and touched the hearts of gamers everywhere.

Are there more really good multiplayer games like Halo for Xbox 360 or Windows?

There's really no game like Halo.Battlefield is EA's respond to Call of Duty series, so it's more about modern/near future warfare than full out sci-fi.Call of Duty is Activision's respond to Medal of Honor. The Franchise eventually out grown Medal of Honor and become the most popular WWII and modern/near future warfare FPS games.Sony made Resistance, or is it Killzone... I can't remember, but one of those games, I think, as a direct competition with Halo, but both couldn't match up. The games aren't bad, just not as good and sleek as Halo. There're other FPS with pretty strong single players like Wolfenstein, Crysis... But none of them has the well designed MP like Halo does.If you're looking for a good MP experience, I suggest you try some TPS games like Gears of War series, any of the Ubisoft Tom Clancy games, like Ghost Recon, Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 (1 is too old), but those games are more or less fall back to modern warfare genre and all of them are pretty old, I doubt you'd find a lot of people still playing MP, or even Mass Effect 3. I'm not into MP, but I've been told on several occasion by some MP fanatics that ME3 actually has a very robust and well designed MP.Or, if you want to do co-op, try Borderlands. I personally don't like their bullet sponge boss fights, but I was told when co-op with other people the game experience is a lot better.Your best bet is probably Call of Duty or Battlefield series. They have very well designed and well populated MP with a lot of variety. This year's COD: Advance Warfare is near future sci-fi theme with a lot of cool weapons and gadgets and Jetpacks. No aliens and such, but still pretty fun to play.Update 2017: Try Destiny! It's by Bungie (developer of Halo), and plays very similar to Halo games. The game suffers a lot problems when it first launched (horrible story, buggy loot drop, etc). But after 2 years, it had fixed some of the problem and surprisingly very addictive if you enjoy the shooting → get loot → upgrade equipment → more shooting loop.

What is the best game in the Halo series?

Halo: CE.I don't feel the need to explain this, but if you aren't old enough to have played the game when it was new, then the reasons are many.It was revolutionary on game consoles, FPS games had long been limited to PC's an keyboard/mouse input. Many people felt the controller was a poor replacement, but Halo and the XBox's two thumbstick controller proved them wrong and the game was a huge success, and the killer app for the Xbox. The integration of co-op multi-player and vehicles also made the game unique at the time. The reveal of the Flood, a perfectly executed plot twist that nobody saw coming.Exploring the Ring. There was a certain "magic" of exploring the ring Halo:CE which none of the successors has achieved for me.Music. The original score for Halo is fantastic, and iconic. It turns a game into an experience.
