Hannspree Tv Says No Signal With My Hdmi Cable.

Hannspree hf229h wont connect to hdmi?

trying to play my xbox. used to have xbox on vga but im using hdmi for my monitor. the hannspree monitor says "no signal input check video cable" i know it recognizes the cable cause everytime i turn the xbox on or unplug and plug the hdmi into the xbox it says "no signal input check video cable" the monitor should be working i used it not to long ago wit the same hdmi, but not with my xbox. please help me for this new year celebration!

Cant hook up 22" Hannspree monitor to my PS3 ?

You have to force the PS3 to see the LCD/HDMI connection.

Leave the HDMI connected, but also connect the Analog or component connected..turn on your PS3 and set the TV to see the Analog/Component input to see the message say that HDMI has been detected, do you want to use it. After going through the steps your screen will go black. Switch the TV to HDMI and disconnect the analog/component cables from the LCD/TV...

Is HDMI signal.. HDMI signal? Why doesn't this work?

What is the resolution of your monitor?

It may be a strange resolution and the cable box does not recognize or support it. Try 720p or 1080i on the set-top box.

The monitor may not fully support CE timing (only PC timing). Set-top boxes are designed for TVs not PC monitors so they have far less support for all the bizzare monitor resolutions.

Hannspree tv says no signal with my HDMI cable.?

HI everyone, I got a hannspree tv a year ago and the HDMI cable has worked since then but I brought my Xbox to a different room and different tv and when I brought the Xbox back to its original tv it still worked for around an hour until I barely tapped the side of the tv and it went blank.... I've tried multiple hdmi cables but it still won't work. The Xbox and cables work on other tv's but this just keeps saying no signal. I think it may be the settings I've to change but I don't where to? Any solutions please? It only has one HDMI slot and is a 24' Hannspree tv.

Why does my monitor say "input signal out of range"? How can I fix it?

It is a friendly message that says your computer is sending out a video signal that the monitor does not understand how to display. There was a time a few decades ago where monitors only operated at a fixed resolution all the time, and could not function any other way. This was the way of things before about 1988.But eventually new monitors were developed which could handle a variety of screen resolutions, known as multisync. This is where we started to see choices like 640x480, 800x600, 1600x1200 and so forth. In addition to screen resolution is another measure called the refresh rate, or how many times per second (known as Hertz) that the image information is sent from the computer to the monitor. For digital systems there is another measurement known as the pixel depth or color depth, or how many colors each pixel can be. The higher this number, the more possible colors that can be displayed, but also the more performance needed to handle the higher data rates. And in situations where there is not enough performance available in the data cables from the computer to the monitor, a trick known as interlacing is used to reduce the data rate by 50% by sending the odd lines for one refresh, and the even lines for the next refresh… but with a loss of movement detail and a flickering of the image, as compared to a full frame update which is known as progressive scan. This all combines together to have a situation where a computer may be capable of producing a very large number of different screen image signals, such as:320x200 resolution, 6-bit digital color, 60 hertz refresh, interlaced scan (very low performance)3840x2160 resolution (4k), 12-bit color (68 719 476 736 possible colors), at 120 hertz refresh, progressive scan (ridiculously high performance)In the old days before monitors became complex computerized devices, rather than displaying a message that a signal is out of range, the monitor may just attempt to display the input signal anyway… which may work… or it might produce a scrambled unusable image... or it could actually physically destroy the monitor, with smoke billowing out of the back of it.

My computer monitor says "Check video cable" when I turn it on. How do I fix this?

Does your monitor have a “source” option in the menu accessed from the physical buttons on the side or underside of the bezel? Try messing with that and see if you can switch the output. That’s assuming the monitor has separate output ports. You may have a lemon on your hands with that AV adapter. I have ordered products like that before and had them arrive DOA. Sometimes it’s a defective product and getting a new one fixes it. But sometimes the product itself will not work because it’s just a fake. For instance, you can sometimes find VGA to HDMI cables for sale on sites like eBay and AliExpress, sold by unscrupulous sellers, mostly out of China and Hong Kong. These are always fake. Without some sort of converter board, usually in the form of a somewhat bulky “box” in between the two connections, it is impossible to just send an “analog” VGA signal straight to a “digital” source like HDMI. It’s just not possible without converting the signal from analog to digital. I’m not saying your adapter is definitely a fraud, I’m just saying it’s possible, especially if you bought it on eBay or AliExpress. More so for AliExpress, the amount of fraudulent sellers on that sight is terrible.

No Signal From Laptop to TV after input switch.?

So I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now and could never seem to fix it. My laptop is connected to my HANNSPREE TV via HDMI Cable, and it is in HDMI 1, my PS4 on HDMI 2. After I finished playing on my PS4 I switch to my laptop, after that I get no signal, the only way I could fix this is to shut down my laptop and turn it back on, after I reboot it, the resolution is not the usual 1920 x 1200, and of cource I change it.

For example: I get home and start up my PC, works fine as usual and I decide to switch input to HDMI 2, after I've done my business on HDMI 2, I head over back to HDMI 1, my PC, but I get no signal, forcing me to shut down my PC, to get the signal back.

Please Help

Can I make a daisy chain with 2 monitors using an HDMI?

The answer for multiple outputs that doesn't involve designing new hardware to work around things is to get a card with multiple outputs including a DisplayPort one suitable to your monitors. Lots of Surface users have to deal with a single ouput, driving the market in USB and network adaptors for people who don't want to change systems (but want spare displays to share/reuse/etc.)If only the BENQ you mention had HDMI that weren't labeled INPUT, that might give hope that the control protocol and data could both be carried through. DisplayPort is a follow-on with more bandwidth than HDMI 2.0 (ca. 2013) and some commonalities otherwise which can be daisy-chained freely (not just mirroring the first display, and failing reasonably when too much is asked.)   It is of course possible to add adapters to simply mirror output, but making a dual-monitor setup strongly suggests USB 3.0 (3.1 if you want to power the monitors over the cable!) Similarly from a connector-agnostic standpoint it's all data, so that if your HDMI out also supports ethernet (HDMI 1.3) you can perhaps unfold further HDMI connectors from the first by making a circuit to pass along data, until you (perhaps) run out of bandwidth. Whether the drivers at hand, mixed with the ones you make, would permit you to get the OS support you wanted is another matter. It sounds like you have use for a different card and that's that.

HDMI stopped working on my tv...?

I have a Hannspree 32inch tv. I have owned it for almost 2 years. Up until now I have had no problems with the hdmi channels and have been streaming an xbox 360 and blu-ray player.

So it started when I was playing my xbox as per usual but their were these awful green pixels on the screen. In an effort to get rid of them I swapped cables and hdmi channels with no luck. after swapping hdmi ports it had stopped completely on any of my hdmi ports. no sound, no picture.

So after this I found out my xbox had a busted hdmi port...great. Hdmi was still working with my virgin and blu-ray player, until I plugged the blu ray player up with the same wire as he one my xbox was using and then...nothing. ever since,

Ibhave tried different wires and this has acheived no results I have 4 hdmi ports and all of them display no signal. what I find strange is that when a hdmi wire is plugged into one of the hdmi ports it takes a while to find the signal, so it is detecting something....

not sure ifbthis is fixible or not?
