Has any US president lived up to his campaign promises?

This is a difficult thing for the president. He has to wheel and deal with Congress just to get Bill's passed. He tries to live up to his campaign promises but again it's hard when Congress fights you when you try to do so.

Which Presidents of the United States have actually kept all of the promises that they made during their elections?

Only one President of the United States fulfilled his campaign promises and completed his entire agenda: James K. Polk, the one term president elected in 1844.  Polk served 16 years as a member of Congress, including four years as Speaker of the House of Representatives.  At the time of the 1844 election, Polk was not in any elective office, nor was he holding any government appointment; he had been a private citizen for three years.  Polk had no aspirations to be President or Vice-President, and was not even on the official list of men who agreed to be included as a presidential nominee.  To Polk's credit, however, he was known as an honest, reliable, and successful politician.  Democratic Party leaders approached him a few months prior to the Presidential Nominating Convention to ask if he would run and serve as Vice President if nominated and elected; Polk agreed, regardless who won the presidential nomination .Polk's party nominating convention kicked-off with the front running candidates of General Lewis Cass, and President Martin Van Buren (his term was 1837-1841) duking it out through ballot-after-ballot with the two men unable to gain the required two-thirds "super-majority" of the delegates.  The haggling and horse-swapping continued for several days with different candidate slates being put-up for a vote; no one could garner enough delegate commitments after 48 rounds of voting!  On the 49th round someone blurted out Polk's name to be placed on the ballot.  Momentum quickly swelled as the delegates realized Polk had no political "baggage" like the other two candidates, Van Buren and Cass, whose campaign supporters regularly slung mud back & forth between them.When he took office on March 4, 1845, Polk, at 49, became the youngest man at the time to assume the presidency. According to a story told decades later by George Bancroft, Polk set four clearly defined goals for his administration:Reestablish the Independent Treasury System;Reduce tariffs;Acquire some or all of Oregon Country:Acquire/buy California and New Mexico from Mexico.Pledged to serve only one term, he accomplished all these objectives in just four years. What is your opinion on Trump's message that "Unlike President Obama, we live by a different motto. It's called 'Promises Made, Promises Kept."?

My opinion is that it is the hypocrisy that captures the spirit of the Trump administration.Sticking with only those things from his campaign:promises made but not kept:infrastructure.“I love DACA” but still no resolution despite Congress offering several options - in fact his solution is zero tolerance.people like him wouldn’t benefit from tax cutsabolition of the carried-interest tax breaktax-breaks for the middle classes - technical keeping maybe, but only maybe; in spirit and execution the tax break was for the wealthy and the corporations (and will screw the economy in due course) - Connected with:Reduce the deficit… This will clearly not be kept; the reverse is the case.Repeal & Replace,the wall,no golf or holiday,tax returnsBuy American and Hire American - except for the Trump Organisation“Drain the Swamp” ?? - Actions speak louder than words. Aside from the dubious appointments, nepotism is pretty swampy.His assets have not been put in a blind trust (putting your favourite, ever-present son in charge is not creating a blind trust)Prosecution of Hilary Clinton - it was a promise, albeit one which is bent out of shape by all sorts of ignorance.Making America Great Again - If you think that America was great as at Jan 20th 2017, then this is an impossible promise to keep. If you don’t, then your benchmarks are probably out of whack and need re-setting.

Has any other president in history made as much money from holding the office as Donald Trump has?

No. Most of the people running to be president use their money, not make money on it. Trump is probable the only person that has made money this way. Now, Americans are paying for his golf course use, his Trump Tower use, and few other "expenses". This will not stop until he is gone.
