If you’re not American, I believe you can find a similar day from your country, region, etc. as well.For women’s day: 8th of March, you finally have one real day of your own to celebrate!Extra celebrations! Reign? The way the question has been framed would mislead anyone to believe that India is being led by an autocrat. Addressing the false assumptions the question seems to unsubtly imply. 1. Narendra Modi was elected by the people of the country in a very democratic process of elections and hence he is the one with the reins of the country. He won the very same elections that AAP and Congress lost in a very resounding victory. To achieve that majority at a national level is a way bigger accomplishment than to win in a micro election. 2. He defeated AAP very convincingly in the city of Varanasi where he and Kejriwal were head to head. For the record, the latter had promised to serve the city for years to come regardless of the results, but then he was last seen in the city during the month of .. Ah well. Look at Varanasi now and the work that has been done. It's commendable. 3. He had won the Delhi seats in the lok sabha elections when it most mattered. The cool thing is all of this happened just around 9 months ago. Ex lovers of congress and present lovers of AAP, here are a few pointers. The national and state elections are two very different things. AAP does not yet have the manpower or administrative experience essential to run a nation. The economic policies of AAP have been very brief and unclear and so have been their stance on defensive issues. They concentrate on the common man struggles. That's all. As someone said when the people vote for freebies that come at a price rather than a sustainable economy, the nation then is doomed to stay poor. Look at every state that BJP has won and look at it from the aspect of development occurred. Everyone gave congress a time of two tenures to loot the nation. Our prime minister deserves at least one without such cynicism to restore it back. He has FINALLY brought India on the map with his economic and foreign policies. Unless you improve the health of a country, you'd never be able to accrue the benefits to the citizens. (Freebies btw help in no way). He's a visionary who has done a lot more in such few months than the previous government. India is finally looking at surpassing China's growth rate. When the entire world is praising the man, it can only be expected out of an Indian to write him off for absolutely nothing, but your personal lack of knowledge of the national affairs.
