Has Anyone Ever Bought Tickets From Aeg Live

Why are there no good alternatives to the Ticketmaster/Live Nation concert sales model?

As has been mentioned already here, the ticketing companies (Ticketmaster, Ticketfly, etc.) do exclusive deals with venues. They control all of the tickets for shows in the venues they have deals with. [As an important note, artists don't sign or align with a ticketing company, with the exception (in some cases) of running fan club pre-sales, but even those are strictly policed by the venue's ticketing company to make sure that they're not missing out on too much service fee revenue. These artist fan club sales are also generally limited to 8-10% of the venue's sellable capacity and tend to be run through companies that specialize in this area, rather than those who focus on venue clients.] I think your question is more about the overall model of selling tickets to concerts. Change is tough. Artists' concert deals are based on the combination of anticipated revenue from the sale of specifically-priced tickets on one hand, and estimated expenses on the other hand. While what you're saying makes a lot of sense (letting the market set the prices), that would upend the existing model and would mean that artists would have to basically work on spec rather than a guaranteed fee (versus a percentage of the show profit), since promoters wouldn't have much of an idea how much tickets would end up selling for. So, two problems: 1) the major ticketing companies aren't setup to work this way (or to do basic dynamic pricing / yield management, for that matter) and these companies control the tickets sold at their partner venues (precluding the promoter/venue from trying to do this with a new tech startup), and2) artists have agents who work for commissions on the fees they generate for their clients, so while the promoter may price tickets wrong and end up not selling enough of them, it's not (at least on paper) the artist's problem...the promoter eats the loss. The artists and their partners are all about guaranteed revenue and the potential for upside. After all, it costs money to take a show on the road and no one wants to be left holding the bag. Without set ticket prices, wrong as they may be, there's no concrete figure to base the artist deals on.

Are tickets from tickets.axs.com reliable?

AXS is owned and operated by AEG Live, one of the largest concert promoters in the world. They were producing Michael Jackson's This Is It comeback tour before he died, and run many of the most prominent concert and sporting venues around the world. AXS is new, but they are legit. They are offering competition to Ticketmaster, so that's a good thing. Also, if an event is being held at a venue that AEG Live owns and operates, it will be the only way you can purchase tickets to that event without paying a scalper.

AXS is also the name of a TV Network that AEG will be launching with Ryan Seacrest and Mark Cuban in June of this year.

How to connect a 4 wire AEG hob (which works by induction) to a 3 wire power socket?

Wiring instructions should have been supplied with the hob. Contact the supplier or an electrician.

You don't mention the Model number or what colours the wire are, but one common type is Green/Yellow - Earth/Ground, Blue - Neutral, Brown and Black - Phase (or Live).

How to make an airsoft AEG full automatic?

Yes, you should be able to convert it to full auto. If I were to guess, I would assume that the selector plate was modified so that the gun is incapable of shooting full auto.

Selector Plate part: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.ph... Might be more economical for you to buy from a local dealer though. Also, if you can check to see if there aren't any local airsoft forums around you as there may be a tech who can help you out if you don't want to mess with it. Also, this may not be the reason for it, however, I cannot think of any other way (unless they added a MOSFET, which I doubt as that adds cost or some other internal problem) If you would like more opinions, I suggest you make an account on an airsoft forum an ask there. I am a member on www.airsoftforum.com, www.airsoftretreat.com, & airsoft-barracks.com. Although, I prefer airsoftforum. Try posting the question in the "Upgrades & Modifications" section.
