Has Anyone Ever Used Ghost Or Entity Removal Services Before

How do you bind ghosts/evil spirits/evil entities?

How about binding them to something in the spiritual world or something not in the physical realm? For example, experienced astral travelers can create things in the astral realm. So can the ghost be bound to an astral object? And does binding always have to mean binding TO SOMETHING? To me, binding, in a more general sense, just means disabling someone. So can an evil entity be magically maimed in the way that people can?

Ghost activity & a black smokey apparition can anyone explain?

I arrived at my night job to clean a very large show room and office when out of the building wall comes this black smokey Apparition. Its smoke swirled about itself and kind of stood in one spot. It didn't seem to notice me or my wife. It looked like an alley cat leisurely crossing a yard and just going about its business. It then started moving up a 2 story wall and entered the building thru the wall on the second story. This is where the upstairs offices are located. My wife says that she's seen images of a tall thin man in spirit form in the building and that he tries to get her attention and then disappears. He seems to trip the light sensors off the third office down the hall as soon as we enter the hallway. I've sensed his irritation at me being in "his" office but he wasn't as oppressive as other energies that i've felt. My question is, is this the same ghost or are they different entities? And what is going on with them in this building? There's allot of activity there... Please mature and serious answers only, Thank you.

Can I sue if a person brings a ghost into my house and it doesn't leave?

believe it or not, joking aside you could. As far as I know, it would be unprecedented, but there may be an older case similar to that. You would have to provide enough proof to satisfy the judge. So really, when it comes down to it, the judges belief in ghosts would weigh heavily on the outcome of the case.
Also, someone mentioned proving malicious intent. Showing intent is not required. If I accidentally drive my car into your house, you don't have to show malicious intent to convince a court to make me pay for damages. It is not nessessary to show intent, but if this is, as I suspect, an unprecedented case, then its up to the judge how intent will play into the case.
Also, check state and local laws as there may be related laws which could help your case.

edit: also, your not going to get a million dollar settlement or anything (unless the guy your sueing is OJ Simpson or something), you would only be sueing for specific damages such as ghost removal service, losses due to sleep deprivation, or whatever you can show that is directly related. Its unlikely you will get compensated for 'emotional damages' or other make believe expenses.
