I get sexually turned on by eating and stuffing myself. What to do in order to get rid of this fetish?

I am 17 years old and I have a VERY strange sexual fetish. Every time I eat something (junk food in particular) I get turned on. I am not attracted to the food itself, just to the action of putting food in my mouth.

I’ve managed to suppress this weird need of mine for a couple of years, but it reemerged in the last few months. Suddenly I started having these very disturbing fantasies about eating cakes and other sweet foods, and that sexual feeling I had every time I used to eat at McDonald's or something returned.

Through experimentation I did by myself (without my boyfriend knowing about this) I’ve also discovered that overeating and binge eating large quantities of food have the same effect on me, but even stronger.

Because of this bizarre fetish I’ve been secretly stuffing myself for sexual pleasure. I also have been eating way more than I should during regular meals. This had a very bad influence on my waistline. I got to the point where my boyfriend is constantly nagging me about my weight and several days ago he openly admitted that he is no longer attracted to me in my new body. To be honest, I cannot blame him. I WANT to lose all the extra fat and get rid of my newly formed belly, but I can’t. Every time I go on a diet I break it after a week or so, and just start having these stuffing sessions again.



Point is: how can I get rid of such a sexual fetish? I have tried all the regular tips and tricks (not to think about it, ignore it etc.) but it’s really hard to ignore something you’re doing three times a day!

My hips grew wider near my period!!! I don't like it!!!?

It's my 3rd year of having my period so far and right now i don't have it but i noticed 3 days ago my HIPS (not belly) grew hugely wider! Is that suppose to happen? PLEASE help me because i eat well and exercise good and my hips look so fat on me. Is it just because of the bloat and WILL IT GO AWAY? Sorry for the many questions but I worry about my body too just like any other teenager :(

My mom doesn't let me or my sister eat junk food at all. me and my sister are getting really skinny, help?

okay, well im 15, and my sister is 13. and we have never had junk food. reason, my mom. she is a health freak, and hates even driving by a mcdonalds or a taco bell, and cant drive past fast food restaraunts without pointing out heavy people, and saying (See what you would be if you ate that crap). i mean i know shes trying to look out for us, but like seriously its totally not fair how my friends always walk into class from lunch with bags of like chips, or like sodas. and i can't have any. my mom doesn't give me lunch money to buy food from the cafeteria, she packs my lunches, and if i go over to a friends house she tells their parents that im not allowed to eat unhealthy foods.

i have chicken legs, and i need some meat on my bones, i feel uncomfortable with my body. me and my sister are really skinny, and i don't want to get to the point of anorexia.
this is what we are not allowed to eat:
- sugary ice cream
- candy
- soda
- fast food
-burgers
- french fries
- pizza
- tacos
- potato chips
- any popular chip brands
- popcorn
- chocolate
- cheese
- white bread
- cupcakes
- cakes
- cookies
- frozen yogurt
- juice
-chocolate milk
- normal milk
- etc.

What we are allowed to eat:
- wheat bread
- vegetables (uncooked without any dressings)
- salad (what i call leaves on a plate)
- water (no sparkling, just water.)
- skim milk
- lean meat (which tastes disgusting)
- this nasty healthy soup my mom buys
- wheat grass shots
- fruit smoothies, made with water, and without sugar. (allright, but i want more flavor)
- fruits
- low fat yogurt.
- anything that has no god damn taste.

i have never eaten big portions any junk food. the only think that i tried, was a french fry from my friends mcdonalds bag, and it was DELICIOUS! i wanted more but she shared with our small group of friends and everybody ate them. :I i really want to be a normal kid and at least try something good! if i had to choose what to try first, i would choose pizza! i hear its amazing, and i want to try some! i swear! im starving here, and my stomach always feels empty. im pretty used to it though. but help!!! i need foooooooddd!! i cant wait until im an adult and i can do what i want. but what do i do now!?

It sounds like an ibd (irritable bowel disease) Keep a food diary, marking everything you have each day in it and when you get symptoms. Then you can take this to your doctor and he will be able to give you suggests and may request you have a few intolerance tests, blood tests and stool samples.

Things to keep a look out for are bloating, cramps, stabbing pains, stool Constancy, frequency, gas. The better you can describe all of these the more they will be able to help. feel your stomach when all of this is happening and try to describe the changes in feeling.
