How can i reduce leg muscle?

First of all ditch the heels, and where flats. WALKING! Walking doesn't build any muscle what so ever, but burns fat and calories. Stretch, a lot before you go walking, and have a big rest once you're done. Eat healthy too, and stay off the protein. Apart from walking, you don't need any other exercise. Drink 8 glasses of water a day too! That will help you lose weight. Good luck, hope I helped! :)

Any one got any ideas for pulled muscles and what i should do?

i imagine CaliforniaGirl rather nicely coated it. the purely different issues i'd advise will be to make certain you're ingesting protein on your weight help application to assist your body heal---nicely, allow's be straightforward the following, a balanced weight help application is astounding yet you extremely choose protein. also potassium can help with discomfort if the rigidity isn't too undesirable. you'll get it by utilising ingesting one banana an afternoon or by utilising taking a supplement. do not do both and do not tell your self you want "more beneficial" supplementations because you're injured. Potassium regulates your heartbeat and too a lot can bring about issues that would make you overlook about your calf in a large hurry---in procedures you extremely do not favor. wish you up and operating back quickly!

Anyone know a good exercise to slim down calf muscles....?

Your problem is most likley intra-muscular fat. It is like marbling in meat (sorry for the indelicate description). Lose fat and the calves will become smaller and appear less muscular. Reducing fat is mainly diet, however, exercise can speed the process. You need to eliminate sugar foods and drinks, and beer. Reduce starchy foods like pasti, fries, potatos, bread, etc. Eat more veggies (get creative in their preparation). South Beach Diet is healthy. There is no magic exercise that will help. Spot fat reduction is not possible. Your body will burn fat from different places according to your genetics. Exercise: Strength train all the major muscles in your body (skip the calves). Find an aerobic exercise. High intensity is more efficient than low. e.g. multiple 100-200 yard sprints are much better than long slow runs.

Muscle spasms after hip replacement?

Check here a very effective Sciatica Natural Treatment ( )
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.

Has anyone ever reduced belly fat merely by doing crunches, leg raises or any abs workout?

First to answer you question no. As others have said there is no such thing as spot reduction. The majority of the time it comes off in the order of last on first off. Others have advised you to lose weight which is true if done properly. If done improperly you will lose more muscle than fat which will make it difficult to continue to lose weight. Once your back to your old maintenance calories you’ll be in a caloric surplus. This is due to the lose of muscle. So you’ll gain the weight back plus some because you will gain more fat than muscle. This won’t stop until your weight gain brings you back the same amount of muscle you’ve lost. Here’s an example lose 10 lbs. 6 muscle 4 fat. gain back the 10 lbs. 4 muscle 6 fat. Now your still down 2 lbs of muscle which causes you to still burn ~20 calories less a day. So you will continue to gain 5 lbs. more 2 muscle 3 fat. Now that you have your 6 lbs. of muscle back weight gain will level off.Three important things: calories below mainteance, progressive resitance weight training and lots of protein for muscle sparing. The progressive resitance weight training is key here. It’s not to burn extra calories it’s to trick your body into thinking it needs the muscle to keep up with the demand. That it should burn fat instead of holding on to it till the famine. Don’t let your body prioritize the ratio of fat to muscle for weight lose because it will also view fat as the more valuable resource.

I have "chunky legs" does anyone know any exercises that will reduce size of calf muscles quickly?

The reason for the large size of your calf muscles is that they are used often. Either you are very busy and walk a ton or you play sports requiring calf muscles, you should try to opt for more arm-coordinated sports. Basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, and baseball name a few. You can't do any exercises to decrease the muscle size because it is not fat, so you can't "burn" it. It is muscle, so you need to exercise other areas of the body so that it can be more evenly spread out. Also, try drinking lots of water. It helps flush out bad things. Salt tends to retain water, even though this is insignificant. All you need to do is work out other parts of you body like your abs and arms and give your calves a rest. Good luck!

Has anyone been able to achieve something extraordinary in life, after being dumped/cheated by his/her love?

Yes, years back…I get a call and it’s a record label from USA and they are massive, all over the world.3 months later one of my songs is played on radio in my home town and one of my mates who knows the ex who walked out on me, said..“Dude! I just heard your song on radio. It’s playing everywhere and…your ex was sitting in kitchen with my girlfriend, and her jaw fucking dropped man. She was like staring into space, looking at me, looking at my girlfriend, and I’m looking at girlfriend. All she could say - It can’t be him. Is it?”I was more worried if my relatives, community figures it’s me. They didn’t know back then. So my identity was kept hidden for over 25 years. I had a double life. One normal and one none knew except close people.I didn’t even tell my mum and dad, sisters, brothers. They just thought I was doing nothing. Mysterious guy no one in a sense knew what I was up to. Kept all close to my chest for a while.Only close friends knew. This guy knew and my ex.She called later at night. I packed things and being driven to the airport, had some interviews to go to. I pick up and…Her - Hey, how you doing, you ok?Me - Yes, sure. But I got to go.Her - Listen, I was thinking, maybe I was wrong.Me - Maybe isn’t good enough. Bye.I haven’t looked back ever since and life just gets better every damn day, week and year. If I were to drop dead right now, I’d say I’d be happy.
