How can i reduce my calve/leg muscle?

I have huge calve muscles, considering my size, it is so disproportional. my left leg muscle is bigger than the right. I used to be a taekwondo player and i believe it was the cause of my enlarged leg so i decided to quit. after quiting, it somehow slimmed down. some say that jogging can help reduce calve muscle, is it really true?? pls justify this.. tnx.. :D and what are the other means of slimming down my calve muscles? i really want my old legs back..

Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk.
